My Dad had a truly fantastic experience with Eunice and this dealership recently.As a General Manager at another dealership, I often encourage my family members and friends to go to a dealership and share their experience and paperwork with me after their purchase, as opposed to me going with them.Thank you for helping my Dad get into a Hybrid Camry XLE, THANK YOU for not building in exorbitant fees, and most of all thank you for being honest, and transparent!

I don't normally write reviews on anything but I felt the need this time. I purchased my 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid with Marco Perrelli. It was such a fast and easy process from start to finish. We thought we were going to have to wait a long time for our RAV but we got a call 2 months later that he had one for us and would be coming in February. For making such a huge purchase for our family it was very simple and straight forward and I have to give credit to the team there for that. Marco was great and has continuously checked in with me since my purchase last week. Amber was also great and very friendly to chat with during the financing portion of our time there. I wasn't uncomfortable at all during any point of the process. We thought we had a minor issue with our radio that ended up being a simple computer connecting issue but Marco was all over it the second I emailed him. John in service took me in that afternoon and made sure everything was checked over. I was offered coffee and a nice spot to relax while they looked over my RAV. I was there maybe a total of 20-30 minutes. To say this team is anything shorter than fantastic would be an understatement. All around great experience so far. I recently was having a hard day and thought looking at cars may make things better - luckily Amber Mitchell, the Finance Manager at Redhill Toyota advised me this was not a good financial move for my family and to take a regroup day. I am grateful for such honest people like Amber. I have purchased several Toyota's over the years and all of my dealings with Redhill have always been great. I also get all of my service work done there. I will continue to be a Toyota owner and I have sent several family and friends Amber's way and always a great experience. Great service! My car was in at 8am, problem located and fixed and ready by 5pm for pick up.I love your pick up and drop off taxi service. Very fast and convenient!!Prices are a bit high but to be expected at a dealership. The person I dealt with was nice and friendly.Please bring back the complementary car wash....it made you a cut above the others!

I liked the service they provided me. My check engine light was on I went here and they could troubleshoot and fix the issue. I found them to be honest people. Their prices are competitive. Next time I will change my oil there too.

Just purchased my highlander and the process was so smooth. So happy, Avery was amazing!I came in feeling defeated after looking at multiple dealerships and was immediately greeted at the door by Avery with a smile. He answered every question I had and was so patient. We found the perfect car! It was my first time purchasing a car so I was a little nervous but he talked me through it all.When I picked up my car, it had been beautifully detailed and Avery was there to meet me at the door again. He went over every feature, taking the time to install my Bluetooth and show me how to work the navigation.Thank you!

Recently purchased this 2017 Rav-4, with assistance from Dan Petrie. He was able to provide any information I inquired, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process of making this big decision. I really appreciated the support received from him and he even took the opportunity to quickly answer further questions even after purchasing the car. Overall, never felt pressured throughout the process of looking for a car and Dan made me feel extremely comfortable in my decision.

So my girls Dodge Caravan is pretty much pooched, and she’s in desperate need of safe, reliable, quality wheels. So i call my guy Marco at RedHill Toyota, as i really enjoyed my previous experience purchasing my ‘17 Tundra with him.Marco is such a champ he finds me an absolute beauty of a car that just got dropped off within hours previous! Recently purchased a Rav that I love! So happy with my purchase. Received amazing customer service from Marco. Very helpful and attentive. And was passed along to do financing with Amber, who was also helpful and attentive. Very friendly and took her time finding the best option she could for my financial situation.

Purchased a used 2015 acura ILX from the dealership. I must say it was quite the experience. I worked with Darcy the sales person, who made condescending comments, hid a defect on the car from me, pulled out fake papers that said they spent $3200 on the car to put on acura breaks, rotors and tires. To start out, when trying to buy the car I attempted to negotiate which I was told is not possible. After giving me a bunch of attitude, he said the max they will do is a $500 drop, so I said I couldn't afford it, in which he responded I'm sorry you came to see a car you can't afford"
