My family and I have all been taking out vehicles to Astra for a number of years and have had nothing but AMAZING service! They are very honest and let you know when things need to/don’t need to be done. They are always so accommodating and informative. I definitely recommend!

We are traveling across the country in our sprinter van and needed a simple oil change. Although if you own a sprinter a cheap jiffy lube type place won’t do. I’m a mechanic and don’t just trust anyone with even just an oil change. They were very thorough and use the best parts and oil for your European car/van. I would highly recommend them!

Went for an oil change with my Audi Q5. Very professional service. Got the summary of what was inspected/checked. The car was also washed.Will be back!

Astra handled door lock actuator replacement fast and efficiently. This is the place to take your Audi for this kind of stuff. They really know what they are doing and a fraction of dealership price.

Absolute terrible customer service. Ordered a part through this business which I later discovered I did not need. Asked if I could simply return it and was made out to feel like a criminal. Got upset with me & they told me to never call back again..? Eventually was able to return it; walked into the store and wasn’t greeted whatsoever. Yikes…

Our family has been coming to Astra Automotive to get our vehicles serviced for about 10 years. From oil changes, to maintenance, to part replacement and diagnostics, they have done it all for us. Our experience has been nothing but professional. We have taken in our Mercedes, BMW, and now Volkswagen in over the years. Service is extremely fast and they have never once tried to make up problems that don't exist. In fact, over the years they have saved us money by not trying to charge us on parts that don't need to be replaced (Unlike dealerships), and by being dependable and honest with time spent servicing. Incredible service and at a fraction of the price of what other shops or dealers would try to charge! Both Sergey and Lana are extremely helpful and welcoming which makes coming here much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Astra!

This shop may not have the exterior dazzle of a dealership but, it sure has the service and professionalism of one. I have been taking my 550i there for a little more than a year and have nothing but praise for the work and reasonable billing.I get that owning a high performance car is going to be more expensive on maintenance than a minivan or small commuter car but so far, thanks to these folks, its not been nearly as expensive as it could have been if I was dealing with the Dealership.It may be a small point but they also remember/recognize me when I walk in and in a city of nearly 1.5 million faces, that's a nice feeling. Located close to Chinook Center Mall perfect for killing time and/or the train station for getting home after droping your car off.

We used Astra Automotive for our company fleet. They are by far the best European car specialists in town. They don't just service European cars, we brought our American vans and they were more than happy to service them. Highly recommended, will be back for sure.

Amazing service .Very honest . My Mercedes’ Sprinter which I use for work broke down in minus 30 temperatures . They were very busy but immediately fit me into their schedule , sourced me a used part that wasn’t easy to find ..They have saved me twice now in the last year .I would recommend Astra to anybody with an import vehicle . They are fair and honest and don’t nickel and dime you like the dealerships and other repair shops .

Great Company that cares about helping people, Sergey was very welcoming and helpful. Highly reccomend checking them out for any car service.
