I went there last Saturday. The sales were very nice and recommended the perfect Golf shoes to us even if they seem so busy. It is very clean and will be my favourite store to shop in McArthurGlen

Complete Disappointment!I have always been (and still am) a fan of ecco shoes. Me and my husband have used several (probably more than 10) pairs of ecco shoes during the past years. Recently I purchased an ecco Biom snickers which has been the priciest ecco shoe I have ever purchased, but unfortunately after the very first time of wearing them, a change in the color started to appear. After my third use, the damage is so clear that I stopped wearing them. It seems that an unappropriated shoe material or maybe an improper storage or whatever leads to this damage, BUT THE REASON OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT IS NOT THE SHOE QUALITY, which I believe can occasionally happen to any product of any producer.I AM ENTIRELY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC STORE MANAGER. I took the damaged shoe to the store to ask for their advice or return. The sales staff seemed to agree with me on the shoe material problem but went to talk to his manager. They said they can fix the problem by polishing it, they tried, unsuccessful. The manager then came telling me that the problem is caused by me not to polish it before initial use!!!This absolute illogical, aggressive impolite behavior is the reason of my disappointment. He completely seemed to be unhappy working, maybe because of the COVID-19 situation or any personal reason. Although I may purchase more ecco shoes in the future (after a while that I am sure the material problem is solved) but I will definitely never return to this shop until the rude manager is working there.

Bought the shoe & boot 3 steps care kit for an old Ecco hiking boot that I had over 10 years, the Yak leather is the most strongest leather I’ve ever owned, only worn the hiking boot for hiking & for the winter as a secondary back up. Still did the job and kept my feet dry & comfortable. I couldn’t find this style anymore in the 6” to 8”. Ecco foot wear are well engineered, I also have 2 city series dress shoe still today & still wear it on a special occasions. My feet are happy that it doesn’t hurt after a long day of wearing.Will continue & find the most comfortable to my style likings.

Best alpine shoe shop ever. Quite hard finding the direction, and the shop is kind of isolated from human stuctures, but the staff is adorable and prices really affordable.

The associates are just standing and it will be too much for them to help customers. I asked them for different colours. He was having hard time even to say NO!Ridiculous.

Wanted a pair on clearance, unfortunately they didn't have one in my size. They were kind enough to check the other stores. Find one in my size, and ship it to my house at the same price. Great service and great shoes

We were very happy with the service Ren provided to us yesterday. We ordered some shoes online and some of them didn’t fit and had to do the exchange. Ren was very helpful and patient all the way. He has the sales integrity in the industry and I wish him the very best. Thanks Ren.

Good price for to get a good quality of shoe. And the service is also excellent. I wanted to get pair shoe for my wife and the sale was very patient just standing beside me. He also gave me a good suggestion on the size and style of the shoes. Very comfort shoe and my wife loves it!
