Good experience for a mass Restaurant. Food quality was okay... not great but okay. Service was good albeit the server was busy with many tables and the style of dining SHOULD have more attention than was possible (unlimited items like bread and salad, and bottomless drinks are not really so if you can't get refills for long periods).In the end... food was acceptable as expected, left full... and party of 5 (2 kids) for under $120.

Our server, Lalit, was quick, friendly and was always pleasant and smiling. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. I noticed that other staff in the background were also watching to make sure everything was going well. This restaurant is one of our favorite spots to go to for dinner in Huntsville.

This restaurant is definitely a good place to come with family or for a fun date night. The atmosphere is great, it's cozy but doesn't feel crammed.The staff are friendly and attentive.The food is good too. The all you can eat salad is definitely worth getting more than one bowl, it's delicious. The pizzas are surprisingly good as well. The thin crust is far and away the best crust though.Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a good meal that really fills you up.

East side Mario's Huntsville Ontario. This is our 3rd time here. Food is always great. Service can be a bit slow, but that bring said every time we've been here it's been super busy and the servers don't stop. You just have to be understanding at this point. Price point you really can't do much better for a restaurant. You still get unlimited soup/salad and bread; that's unheard of these days. Most places charge you extra for Caesar Salad as a side now!

The service was nice! Very friendly staff, and my food got out pretty fast and was enjoyable for the price.I got shrimp pasta from the build your own pasta option, and they came out with the tail still on. I didn't mind that the tails were black as its not an indicator of quality.Pasta is not a finger food in which you can dig your fingers in to peel your shrimp! This is the only place I have ever seen shrimp as a topping that didn't peel them.

We eat here everytime we come to St. John’s, and we haven’t been there in a while and I was so excited, our server barley paid attention to us, I was listening to her talking to other tables and treating them way better then us, I’m a sever myself and you do not treat one table different from the other. My daughter waited till the end for a water, never checked on once. The meal was great though but we were very upset over the service because it’s always amazing there

Overall, great experience. Party of 5 showed up 5pm on a Saturday and were seated within 5 minutes. The table was a little close to our neighbors, but honestly, it wasn't a hinder.There for about an hour and a half, appetizer, entree, even dessert. $150. Can't complain.We were full when we left, and brought home some leftovers. Service was on check. All of the food was hot and fresh, and delicious. Pleasing for kids and adults.

Myself and my partner went for the Thursday special, overall we would not come back. The food was very average, and the chicken parm my partner ordered was not good whatsoever. The server was nice, however we didn’t get the same interaction that other servers were giving to other tables around us. We were never checked on, unless it was to just bring out more food. I do not blame our server however, because we noticed that they were also the bartender and serving the full bar. Maybe they were understaffed? I just don’t think it was fair to him to have so many customers to manage.
