food is good however franchisee is not following franchise rules. i asked when they are getting hot salsa and they said they are not going to. as far as i know all franchansees have to carry all the same ingrediates Reason for my reduced rating went in today had to wait 20 minutes in line with 1 person with a small order in front of me.

Thorough, friendly, and patient service from Jay! He made our ordering experience smooth with great sentiment on flavour pairings with our specific foods. Jay also had our best interest in mind by providing potential options that we may favour, quite a refreshing experience in regards to a chain reataurant! Additionally I would like to add how clean and efficient his food preparation is, very sanitary, and neatly packed. Our takeout survived our trip home with no leaky sauce or messy/squished food. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a burrito store where I had the opportunity to meet one of the employees, Jay. I have to say that I was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, including Jay, who was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.The service was outstanding, and all of the employees were just as friendly and helpful as Jay. They took the time to explain the different menu options and were happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.But the real star of the show was the food. The burrito I ordered was one of the best I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was more than generous. The rice and beans were cooked to perfection. The salsa had just the right amount of kick, and I loved the addition of the fresh cilantro.Overall, I highly recommend this burrito store to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food and excellent service. Jay and his team have created something truly special here, and I can't wait to come back for more.

Super friendly staff, clean and bright fast food, comfy seating area. Had the shrimp soft shell tacos which were delicious. Quick service, reasonable prices. Great fast food experience.

If I wanna eat burrito I would always prefer special this bar burrito. They maintain cleanliness and the quality of food is amazing. The workers are so friendly. I will always choose this place for burrito.

This is new to me. Very tasty. Reasonable prices I think. I had the sweet pineapple chicken sandwich. Little bit like Chinese sweet and sour with a bit more hot punch but still moderate enough hotness for the majority of us.

It was a nice experience to visit this restaurant.Good service and nice environment. Food was great.
