Rhea was so amazing!!! She was a huge help in planning our wedding and helping it run seamlessly. Our wedding went exactly according to plan, which is all of our vendors and guests were impressed with. She is so thoughtful, kind, and professional. We trusted her fully to make our vision come to life. Thank you Rhea!

My husband and I got married during covid at our church and was referred to Rhea for event planning. We had so many questions about getting married during such an unpredictable time but, Rhea addressed all our concerns and provided us with alot of guidance. She was prompt, flexible and very professional through the whole process. We are so grateful for all assistance that she provided us, she truly went above and beyond.

When we first started planning our wedding, we didn't think that we needed a Coordinator.. we were SO wrong. I'm not exaggerating when I say that without Rhea, we wouldn't know what we would have done!Rhea is probably the most patient, calm and organized person we have ever met. Wedding planning is stressful, but she made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.Our wedding required a bit more planning than a typical" wedding because we had it in the backyard of a house. This required more planning/organizing than we had anticipated

I had struggled with the decision to hire a day-of-coordinator for a while. But as soon as I reached out, I felt connected to her instantly and decided to hire her for my wedding. Rhea is organized, patient and has really good ideas. She really helped me organize my thoughts months before the actual wedding. Many times, I would feel overwhelmed with my indecisiveness but her ability to plan and her background in wedding planning really helped. She unexpectedly was a huge help in planning my ceremony. Rhea shared her thoughts and wasn't afraid to tell me when my ideas were crazy and not practical. She would suggest alternatives and always kept me on track. Every time we finished a meeting, I felt 200% better than I did before the call. On the wedding date, she took care of everything. I had the best night of my life and many (if not all) guests I spoke to had nothing but great things to say about our wedding night. The wedding was a success because of Rhea and I am so happy I hired her and grateful she was a part of my special night. She responds quickly, she's organized and really down to earth.

Rhea was an unbelievably great find for us. For the extensive hard work and attention to detail she puts in to her job, her fee is very reasonable. From the start, we knew we'd get along just splendidly with Rhea, as her calm demeanour and friendly attitude is just what we needed while planning a tumultuous wedding during a pandemic. We were always impressed by all the minor details not on our radar that Rhea thankfully brought to our attention. She worked very well with our other vendors and our guests spoke highly of her professionalism. Everything thankfully ran smoothly during the course of our wedding, and this wouldn't have been the case without her. We would definitely recommend Rhea's services to anyone having a wedding.

My partner and I did not plan to have a wedding planner or day of coordinator of any sort because we thought we could manage everything on our own. A few weeks before our wedding, we were feeling quite overwhelmed and decided to book a day of coordinator to assist in the planning and for the day-of. It was honestly the best decision we ever made! Rhea was so SO helpful, very organized, detail oriented, flexible and very open to all of our ideas. Rhea was very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns and wanted to have a meeting. She came up with suggestions and questions that we did not even think of and really helped make the planning and the wedding itself as smooth as it could be. Rhea was also very considerate and thoughtful of the ourselves, the bride ane groom, throughout and making sure we were okay, had time to eat something, etc. Rhea and her assistant were fantastic and we highly recommend her and her services!

My husband and I are very grateful to Rhea for doing such a great job as the church coordinator for our wedding last month! She was very prepared during our initial meeting and continued to be professional, organized and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding. She would always help us with any requests and just made the whole planning process very simple and stress-free. All in all, Rhea was extremely pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering a wedding planner!

I was hesitant about getting a wedding coordinator at first but upon meeting Rhea, I quickly realized how much I needed her guidance! To start, she's an absolute delight to work with. She is so pleasant, patient, and attentive down to the very last detail. She's the perfect mix of let's-get-down-to-business but also kind, composed, and professional in dealing with my creative, chaotic whims. Notably, I never felt like I was a burden (even though I'm sure my wild last-minute requests were challenging!!) Rhea was really great at listening and bringing my event to life. I was particularly impressed by how she guided me through structured conversations all while she typed up excel spreadsheets and timelines for my wedding party and I to follow. She caught so many details I missed! Rhea was unbelievably efficient and I must stress how the documents were EXTREMELY helpful during the planning process!! I was wowed by what she produced in such a short amount of time.Her experience is the real deal. I can't even begin to list the number of fires Rhea and her team had to put out in order to make the wedding run as smoothly as it did - all of which I learned in hindsight. She really shielded us from the stress on the day of the wedding. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for her. She went above and beyond in every way; even my helpers/friends mentioned how impressed they were with her. Rhea guided our helpers to set up the ceremony, florals, desserts, centrepieces, seating plan, welcome tables, candles, vases, garlands, decor, menus and coordinated the vendors (photographers, MCs, mixologists, musicians etc.) I seriously could not recommend her enough.Looking forward to working with you again for future events, Rhea. Rhea was our wedding church coordinator - she was very professional and accommodating to our needs, and ensured that our huge wedding entourage (about 55 people) were able to enter the church in an organized manner. Rhea also helped us with our rehearsal, ceremony traditions, seating plan, decor ideas, and church programs. She was responsive to all our inquiries and ideas leading up to our big day. We were so impressed with her that we recommended her to our friend who needed a coordinator for her upcoming wedding - and of course, my friend hired Rhea!

Rhea did an outstanding job at our wedding reception. She arrived to the banquet on time and made sure everything ran in an orderly fashion. Rhea responds back promptly to any emails, calls or texts. She brought new ideas that my husband and I did not even consider. She made sure to look for myself or the groom during the reception about any changes to the times or plans during the event. Rhea is a friendly, outgoing, professional day coordinator and I have recommended her to many individuals interested in her services. Thank you once again Rhea for all your hard work!
