This location consistently keeps shutting down their drive-through for no reason other than laziness. Every time I pull in the drive through it is closed. Today it was finally open, as me and another driver are pulling in, an employee puts a milk crate in the lane to block it off. Did not even let us go though first. Staffing issues right? Nope! 6 to 7 employees are working with only three customers waiting for food inside. This is more staff than a free standing, busier location! Ridiculous and inconsistent. I will go to McDonald’s and stop wasting my time. Poor ownership.

Food was okk . But the service is not good . A fat white young girl . Served me . No greetings at all . Even I said hi how are you . No reply. When she gave me the food . Again i said ((Thank you)) (Have a good day ) . Nothing:( . Atleast teach ur employees how to greet your customers or atleast say some words .

Lady taking the drive-thru orders today around lunch time could really use some training in customer service. Other times I've gone through they are pretty nice but not today.Fries were really dark and greasy today too.Burger was decent.Worst was the service though. If someone is being friendly with you and you're in customer service it shouldn't kill you to reciprocate the kindness. Geez.

Needs to fire old lady who has dementia. Ordered 2 number 7 sandwiches, a French toast stick, and a frostycinno. Got 2 number 2 sandwiches, no French toast sticks, and the saddest looking iced coffee (not frostycinno) ever

Visited this location while picking delivery. Adjoining with a gas station. Dining, take away, delivery and drive thru available.Restrooms are available in the middle of the gas station and restaurant.Parking available. Service was fast. Looks like the location was not very busy at the time I was there.Breakfast is also available here according to the posters place on the outside.One of the few restaurants around this area.

Refused to take my order at 10:26am because I didn't want Breakfast and they don't start serving lunch until 10:30.

The old lady with short brown hair and glasses is really rude and doesn’t know how to do her job. She doesn’t communicate properly and can’t give proper customer service. She messed up so many parts of my order like making the wrong food and forgetting to put food in the bag. When she was kindly confronted she just gave us a dirty look, didn’t speak at all and ran away.

We ordered inside. The service was slow. Priority was given to drive through customers. Only one person to serve inside! The Chili was very good as usual.
