Horrible coffee, and took 45 minutes for a wrap and sandwich which taste like canned chicken. And very rude customer service. Steep price of $50 for this. We had to go up and ask for our food after sitting and waiting and it had been sitting there.

Coffee was great, service was great. Food was terrible, got a wrap came with a brown wilted side salad. The wrap was disgusting, tasted like old chicken doused in a warm oily mayonnaise type stuff. It tasted awful. They need to try harder and not cut corners.

The food is good, coffee is great and the staff are nice. Busy little spot. We had a mix up with our order, the owner came out and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which was unexpected, but appreciated. I have since been back multiple times and it was great.

One of the few places open on Sundays in Ladysmith! The food was delicious and the service was great!! I am glad we found this little gem! We sat in their patio section…so cute!

Delicious food, coffee is quite good. Friendly service even though we were there not long before closing and we never felt rushed. We luckily got out of there before they closed, but it was really nice we never felt like they were trying to rush us out of there. I know it must suck when people come in right before closing but they are just amazing there. Will return again and again. (Just try and be polite and come earlier in the day)

The Americano was undrinkable, which is a bummer after spending $5 for burnt-bean water. Was excited to try this place on the way up Island and it is a cute location so hate to say that the $1.75 drip coffee from a small-town gas station that I had later that day was actually better. A place this cute (and great business name by the way!) should have top-quality fresh coffee. Mine tasted old and stale.

i love the beantime so much, the food is amazing, but the service could use some work. the one young brunette cashier is pretty cranky; and consistently cranky lol. everything you ask her comes with a sigh and a bit of an attitude and it makes you feel pretty uncomfortable while you’re getting a morning coffee. i’ve chatted with friends who have said the same thing. hope it gets better for the company’s sake.

My goodness, this place is crazy on Saturday morning! The servers were working as hard as I've seen a crew work. It took awhile to get my coffee but it was totally understandable and the coffee was good when I got it. The food looks very good - how about offering some vegan treats?
