After visiting a different shop in town that really wasn't very helpful I came here. The owner took the time to listen to me and understand my needs. He made some great suggestions and most importantly didn't try to upsell me or steer me in another direction. Thanks for making me feel valued as a customer!!

Walked in with my son's broken scooter while on vacation. Staff immediately took to working on it even though they don't sell scooters there. Fixed it up and even readjusted afterwards because it wasn't perfect even though we said we could do that ourselves! Only wish I lived closer so I could visit repeatedly!

I bought a bike here a year ago, the guys have always been really knowledgeable and answered questions well. I went in for several different accessories and all was well. The only issue I've ever had with them is the last time I brought my bike in for its 1-year maintenance, they didn't install the front tire correctly, and left the axle too loose. It was almost a REALLY bad situation as I was riding down the road with a front-wheel about to fly off. Ended up with some damage and a flat tire because of it. They need to be better about checking the bike after maintenance.

Condescending and rude are the best I can describe the staff on both of my visits. I’m from where asking questions is ok when buying something. These guys really seemed to be on one. I went over to Acme Bikes for the rest of what I needed. They got me squared away, no delay, and no snarky comments.

After having some bike issues I walked in fully prepared to pay a hefty bill for new parts and service. The dude that helped me could have totally ripped me off and told me I needed all new blah blah blah but instead he sprayed some stuff, adjusted more stuff and told me I was good to go. This speaks volumes about this company. Thank you for being awesome. You have a life long customer who will now refer everyone I know to you guys. ✌️

100% awesome service. We came in on a Friday morning from out of town with our bikes worse for wear after some great riding on SD trails and even longer miles on a rack. They fixed us right up so we could get back on the trails. Highly recommend.
