John arrived on time and was extremely helpful in diagnosis and repair of a blocked drain and faucet replacement. I work out if town and was informed every step of the way. Earlier last winter R&D installed a new furnace while I was away too, same results. Extremely pleased.

Dealing with this local buisness was east and stress free. We called them for a plugged sump. They were there with 30 min. A few days later they installed our AC unit. It didn’t go as planned but the technician stayed until the job was done! Great experience overall! No complaints

Leah was out at my home to clean my furnace ducting & vents, change a capacitor and upgrade my thermostat. She was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and did a wonderful job. All the “after” pictures look great, everything is running 100% and looks so clean! Very pleased!

He gave us an itemized quote before he started working on it. He explained everything he needed to do as he was going along and the time needed to complete it, in a best case scenario. He completed his task efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He was courteous and professional and we trusted that our issue was fixed.

Lavern and Kyle came by to clear the toilet stack after a rag was accidentally flushed. They were very thorough to make sure all the lines were clear before packing up. Arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. Very professional and kind.Highly recommend.
