My brandnew Radion XR 15 Pro G6 was fualty and green channel never turned off. I reached out to Eco Tech and they told me to contact Reef Wholesale as their licensed distributor in Canada to get assistance. It took more than 10 days to get response from Reef Wholesale, after following up from Eco Tech a few times. However, they are supportive and send me a new light. Finally, I recieved my new light after a month since my first contact with Eco Tech.
