A great experience end to end. I have been going to see(pun intended) Dr. Teddy Chung for many years and have always appreciate the care and clarity in his approach. He explains eye health in a way that every can understand.The support team at Wink are also exceptional I have purchase several pairs of glasses. During my last visit where I had a change in prescription and as such needed new glasses I was helped by James. He listened to what I was looking for and spent the time with me to make sure I was happy with what I found.I can safely say you and your eyes are in good care at Wink.

I tried giving less than 1 star but was unable to due to the facts as follows:- Attempted to ask a question about a prescription, without receiving a call back 5 attempts will no avail- Undefined prices in regards to re-assessments after initial prescription and eye exams. Prescription corrections valued at the same price as the default exam

Dr. Niki, did a thorough exam and explained everything really well. Otherwise $175 for the Eye exam is a little too much and I would have appreciated it if they would have given some estimate or asked if I needed photos. I never had to pay for my eye exams before.

I recently went to Wink Eyecare to have my glasses reframed with my new prescription. I had the most wonderful experience at their location. It’s such a cute spot with the most friendly employees. I was helped by Samantha who was truly just a delight. She was so sweet and so kind, very patient and made my experience amazing. I was also helped by Shannon who was so incredibly nice. She helped tighten my current glasses and I had such a great chat with her. Samantha and Shannon both made my first visit one to remember, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

What a great experience. The gram selection was spectacular, and service was top notch. Actually made glasses shopping a positive experience :). I’ll definitely make this my first stop the next time I need another pair.

Went to repair my glasses (which I had bought some place else). The guy who helped me was very very nice, professional, courteous and friendly. Very clean and beautifully designed store.I definitely want to give it a go for my next eye check up and replacement.Note that this review is based on this experience only. No idea on the prices.

Refused to give pupil distance and is more expensive for a check then other places I looked up. honestly avoid at all costs because their clearly just trying to sell their own products and not give you the full information for your own prescription which any decent optometrist will actually do going back to my decent doctor next time for sure*edit only reason my partner and I picked this place is because their wasn’t a wait for an appointment and I can tell why doesn’t seem like customer come back
