THe staff were knoledgable, personalble and friendly. Answered all of our questiuons and gave us information we didn't know we needed. Awesome service.

coco and sulley are very knowledgeable managers and are always greeting guests and demanding we feed them foodall in all yes I would give them a cracker

Staff are very knowledgeable. Prices are very fair. Lots of different items for what you need and often same as or cheaper than Amazon. I bought soil for my aquarium for $65 a bag and Amazon wanted $90 a bag and London pet stores wanted $85 a bag.

This store is fantastic with a wide selection of aquatic and terrestrial animals. Coco is also a treat, such a friendly bird that says hello and asks for scratches. He bit me once, so best beware of this before sticking your hand in the cage(they also have signs to tell you not to, oops) This should be your first stop on your search for your pet needs.

By far the best place to get all your pet essentials! I go here many times a week to get my lizards needs.

I shop at living things all the time. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Including Coco. They have a nice variety of fish, birds, rodents, reptiles and enclosure living plants. The store is older and it's starting to show. Aside from that, great store.

I try my best to support local businesses but I will no longer be shopping here. Before covid, I bought a wooden log for my 5G fish tank and the manager said to soak it in water for a couple days “in case there's any dye”. I soaked it for 3 months and the dye was still leaking out. Today I made a trip to get a store credit on the log (they don't do full returns). I live with high-risk individuals so I haven’t done any non-essential trips until recently which I explained to the lady after she pointed out how long ago I bought it, she replied, “well we never closed”... I told them I wasn't informed that the dye doesn't come out and they defended themselves claiming that some people like the 'tea-bag' water colour... They also said I could use it for reptiles (I don't have any) or give it to a friend.In all, I wasn’t bothered so much by not being able to return the log as I was by their sneaky lies to sell items and the managers unfriendly attitude towards customers. I’ve had much better experiences at PetSmart and they are always polite to their customers.
