Wow! Our exterior water line was leaking. And our back yard was flooding. We had no water. We called High Tide. Jordan answered the call. He quickly came over and fixed it up. Within a couple hours we were back with water in our house. A major problem fixed. Thanks Jordan. We Will use you again 100% Outstanding Service.

Jordan and his crew responded quickly and professionally in giving us a quote for adding gas line hook ups in our home. Jordan and his team were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide helpful information regarding gas appliances. Tammy did our install and was friendly, on time, thorough, and very considerate of our home. A great price for excellent service! We highly recommend them and we will be using them going forward for any gas or plumbing needs!

Excellent service! I had a new hot water tank and a new gas furnace installed with High-Tide and we couldn’t be happier with Jordan and his staff! (So are the cats!) They were quick to respond and had the installs done fast and with care. Will be using them again in the future when the need arises!

Called Jordan to have have 2 Hot H2O tanks installed in my rental units. He returned my call in less than an hour. Sent me a quote, which I approved quickly, he then called and set an appointment. Matt attended the property, was very professional and great with the tenants in both units. His work was top end. Made sure I was up to code by installing an expansion tank and vacuum breaker which it didnt have before, making sure it is now up to code. After speaking with my very happy tenants I thought it was a good idea to let people know that these guys and Company rock. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and gas needs.
