Xyna International - Hamilton

I was misinformed when I made my registration process and I tried to contacted them to fix something before the test without success.The Staff was cruel when I had my Speaking Test, they did not allow me to do it even though I arrived on time with my proof of identity issued by the Government. Also, they changed the time of my appointment without my consent.I had to pay extra charges and reschedule my Speaking test (that's not fair. I had already paid and attended the day of my test on time and with my ID).Xyna as a Institution may be good but the issue that I had definitely was because of the Staff at the Hamilton location, because another Xyna employee helped with the issue and made changes of my registration by phone (after 17 emails aprox. and too many calls) and I felt a bit better. The whole bad experience could have been avoided if the staff at Hamilton location had acted differently from the beginning.

I highly recommend not to take any academic IELTS test here. We are asking for extra TRF report for almost a week without getting a proper answer. Event though we paid 25 CAD for the report and fill the forms they asked, they keep continually sending us the default template without bothering themselves for reading the email. They could simply add a web form for such extra TRF reports as other centres did!! I and my spouse are completely dissatisfy with the experience we have with this test centre and definitely are not going to use their services again. Period. If you are living in Hamilton, try another centre or just go a bit far away and take the exam somewhere else.

One of the WORST places to take an IELTS exam!!! My husband booked an exam with them and they changed the date twice!! And when we asked them to cancel the exam they have not sent us any confirmation after one week! The worst thing about it is that they are never there to pick up the phone! I had to call them for two entire days to ask them for cancellation and another two days to check if it was canceled or not (because of no confirmation!) !!DON'T RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL!!

Canceled my appointment. Why don’t you guys figure these out early before posting?

They changed my IELTS exam's date without properly" informing the candidate. This institution did not properly email to me (as an candidate) about the incident but email cursorily to my guardian (when I went home and knew this news from my guardian

Very Bad service..as they locked their doors before actual timming of ielts test. I never seen this situation in any other centre even nobody was there not a single person whom we can ask anything.☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

I had my IELTS exam at Xyna International yesterday. It was a wonderful experience. The invigilator and other team member both were very supportive. The service was very good. The place was very neat and clean. If in future, I need to give IELTS, I will definitely go to this place again. Thank you Xyna Int. for your great service.

I recently took an IELTS general computer based exam here. The center cancelled my original exam date and offered another day. Thankfully I could make it, but it could have been very inconvenient.The center was quiet, clean and cool. The staff were friendly.The headphones were good quality and everything went smoothly.The speaking examiner was AMAZING, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, a very friendly lady. She would smile and laugh at my comments. She made me very very comfortable. Shout out to her!Cause i had heard that other examiners ( in general) sit there with a poker face and show zero reactions. My experience was the opposite! Very great experience!My results were online after 3 days.Overall I recommend this center.

I took my ielts exam here. It was organized well the examiner was good. Overall good experience.

Please DO NOT Book with them, they cancel your booking last minute and reschedule your booking for another day in Oakville, which doesn’t make any sense, people book in the same city they live in for convenience, which they clearly don’t understand, don’t know why they accept booking if they know they won’t be able to deliver the bookings they got, most probably they didn’t get enough booking and conducting a test is not feasible for them, so just shut down the place if you can’t live up to your promises, and don’t give hope to people and waste their time, and resources.
