Charging $550 just for cleaning a kitchen drain? The plumber was here for only 2 hours so where does the apparently 3.5 labour time come from?

Live in a condo and service was sent by my strata to investigate a leak from my unit into the unit below mine. Poor communication by plumbers, took 8.5 hours to conclude that it was a leaky shower head and failed silicone seal - both openly visible. When they left they didn't communicate anything to me about the problem (they literately just walked out the door and didn't come back) so wasn't able to use shower/toilet until the final report was sent to me by my strata - extremely inconvenient. Bill was almost $1000 for them to essentially tell me I need to buy a new shower head. I haven't had much experience with plumbers but this didn't feel right. It felt like either drawn out labor costs or just simple lack of experience.

Please never hire this company! Rude & Inexperience plumbers, never fix the leak in my bathtub, and send me an inflated more than 16 hours labour and $430 materials that were never installed invoice for changing bathtub overflow gasket. They damaged my bathtub as well. Stay away, useless scam artists!
