My favourite place for lingerie that is sexy and supportive at the same time. It’s European and pricey I think but sometimes you can catch a great sale, and their sizing is so inclusive for all shapes and sizes.

Great place. Went here after a friend recommended the place to me. Welcoming and friendly and patient staff. Xylyne helped me with sizing and obviously I have been wearing the wrong size.. she was extremely patient and took the time to understand what exactly I was looking for and gave me relevant options to try on. She checked on me after every bra I tried on and helped me figure what works best. Will recommend this place for those looking to better understand sizing and preferred styles.

Bought a super cute bikini here today, customer service was amazing and prices were affordable compared to other swimwear stores. I was super happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.

Terrible bras I bought a strapless and a minimizer. I got sized in store so it’s not wrong sizing. They feel comfortable when you first put them on so I wore the minimizer to work. I had to take it off mid-work as it left red welts on my skin. They would not let me return as it was worn so I tried to exchange for a different style, same thing. Threw away $89 for a bra that’s absolutely not wearable.

I have truly never experienced such stellar customer service. I usually dread bra shopping but Alice and Payton made the experience completely seamless. From the moment I stepped in, I didn't have to lift a finger. The ladies showed me to the change room and assured me they would take care of everything- which they absolutely did.No confused browsing or making several trips in and out of the change room. Alice and Payton took my measurements and my only task was to try all the bras that the ladies brought to me. They spent nearly an hour bringing every bra in the store that could fit my needs to me, making adjustments, discussing the fit and comfort, etc.You would think that these types of personal shopping experiences are something one has to book ahead and pay for, but it seems to be just standard customer service for anyone who shops at the store. While I wish Change carried a touch more different variety of bras in stock, I will never shop for bras elsewhere strictly because of my experience with Alice and Payton today. Thank you both, you are great!

I've just had the absolute best customer service from Alina! I haven't purchased bras in forever and had no idea what my size is or what I was looking for, but Alina was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough! I had a fantastic experience here and the bras are so pretty. I will always recommend this location to people.

Xylyne was the most helpful for both myself and my mom!! 10/10 service and help!! I don’t like to wear bras, and my mom is a plus size woman who struggles to find bras in her size. Change had such a wide selection of bras for both of us! Beautiful, Lacey sets, awesome BOGO and 40% sales on everything in the store.

I had a really great experience here! I came in after some weight gain and had no idea what my size was anymore. Alina took my measurements, listened to what I was looking for style wise and brought me plenty of options to pick from. She did a great job of explaining the fit of each style as well as the pros and cons of each. She was friendly and efficient and managed to be so while handling several customer groups! It was very impressive and I’ll definitely be back for more styles!

Such a great experience! I was a little nervous as this was my first bra fitting and first time buying an actually bra, Aleena was so helpful and informative! The measuring and initial fitting was smooth and quick, after that she gave plenty of options and info about the bras I was trying on. So many choices for the criteria I gave her! The girls were so friendly and made me feel comfortable, I will definitely be returning here when I need another bra!
