I have worked for crystal clear since 2009 and I absolutely love the job. Gil is the owner and operator and has taught me since a young age the business. By that I dont only mean how to clean windows and accomplish our other services, but how to communicate with customers, how to respect people, their personal wishes and their property, and how to leave everything, even the lives of the customer, better than when we arrived.This is a family business and when all the crews work together it feels like that, just one large family! Even in the face of daunting tasks such as cleaning McLaren Macombs windows, or the Suburban Collection Showplace of Novi, where the glass just doesn't seem to end, we still are all laughing and joking and just enjoying the work and being around each other. I am sad to say that after all these wonderful years of service my time has come as I am moving out of state, but my heart remains with this company and the values Gil taught me at a young age. Now I have confidence in any job that I may take that I can do my best and can communicate that with customers as well so they can understand be satisfied with my work. Gil and his crew came to our home today and did a terrific job. Scheduling with Michelle was a breeze and she was very willing to work with me when I had scheduling difficulties. Communication was excellent, the crew was prompt, and my windows are sparkling! I would have never known they were in my home because they clean up after themselves so well. Crystal Clear Window Cleaning has cleaned my windows for well over 16 years. This company and all of its employees are extremely reliable, dependable, thorough and awesome! There is no question about their trustworthiness or whether I want them around my family. With young children in the house, I had concerns about some other contractors being in my home. Their language or behavior was not something that I wanted my children to emulate. Recently the Farmington Hills Condo Community I live in hired Crystal Clear Window Cleaning(LOCATED IN STERLING HEIGHTS)to clean gutters and windows. The work they did was terrific!Scheduling an appointment with Michelle was easy and emails or phones were returned in a timely manner.The Crew was punctual, friendly and professional. They easily cleaned two story windows as well as skylights.What I was particularly pleased with was how clean and neat my interior house was left after they finished.This is a hard working crew and the owner Gil, works right along side of them.I highly recommend Crystal Clear Window Cleaning, they are the REAL DEAL!!!

Called them to clean a store front. Showed up and left. Then got a text that it was to big. Never came in to discuss the job, no offer to do it a different day for more money. Just very unprofessional if you ask me.
