Went here coz they have good icecream, the lady said that the 1st transaction was declined so we did another one. When I checked my mobile banking, it had 2 transactions for Kernels. Told them that same day, they said the manager is the only one that can do refunds, it's been 3 weeks now and we still havent gotten our 24$ refund. The manager just phoned today saying that he cannot see any transaction for the overcharge. I need to send screenshots and to think that it took them 3 weeks to let me know that they cant find anyhting! Worst customer service! I dont know if that would be a modus or something as If ai didnt check it then it will be left unnoticed and extra $$$ for them!

The owner operator has the customer service skills of a corpse. I've never seen someone turn away business more than this guy. The ice cream is delicious, however the poor service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be back. Found Rocky Mountain in the mall is just as good with great service.

I walked in to buy a few bags of popcorn and a shaker (easily $50+ dollars worth for family). There was one woman working there at the time (Monday April 17 around 11am) and she had her back turned to the counter as she was putting bottles of water into the fridge. After about 30 seconds while I thought she saw us come in, I said excuse me" to get her attention for help. This lady had the audacity to say "please wait" as she continued to stock the fridge. I waited about 20 more seconds and decided to leave. As I exited I told her that next time customers should be priority over her water bottles and she tried to call me back. Hire people who know how to service paying customers. Such a disgusting experience. The mall was DEAD. She didn't have to prioritize those bottles of water. Kernels loss."

Ice cream’s pretty mid. Not sure why there was only 1 staff working – given the traffic at the time. I initially planned to order off their screen menu but the worker informed me that I couldn’t because they don’t use the menu anymore" – but why is it still on the screen if it’s useless

Picked up an online popcorn seasoning order. The male staff was professional and busy when I arrived. They could do with having two staff at peak hours. Other than that the staff did a great job.

Don't go here if you want any of their smoothies. They have them on the menu, but they don't actually have any of the equipment to make them :/

The woman that helped my daughter and I over the weekend was very friendly! The only complaint I have is that I could not get a shake because they had no milk. I was disappointed but got a scoop instead which was delicious!

Worst customer service ever . There was one girl today in evening shift around 7pm . She was extremely rude . We asked her if we can taste so we can decide which flavour we want.. like everyone knows that We can ask to taste icecream at baskin robbins and for tasting no one eat one cup or cone . It’s just a bit of icecream in very small spoon . That girl said no you cannot taste and in very arrogant way . We said ok then give us one scoop of cotton candy icecream. She said we don’t have cups for one scoop you can take cone ,even i saw that cups are in front of me . Then she said oh yeah we have cups but you need to buy atleast 2 scoops for cup . Like seriously bro , i know about baskin robbins from past so many years. This is not their policy that we can only take cup if we will buy 2 scoops . We were ok with this as well and then we paid for that and spoon fall down on the floor by mistake. We asked her for one spoon . She said you need to pay for that . Like what the hell is this ? What kind of customer service is this.. if we can pay for icecream we can pay 25 cents for spoon as well but i never seen this anywhere else . At another places of we ask for extra napkins or cutlery they never say no , not even charge for that . That girl at store behaved like they will go in loss if she will give one small spoon to customer. Will never visit there again .
