In the summer of 2016 we had a house fire. In the winter of 2016-2017 they started working on it in convinced me to upgrade it from Berdick Windows in doors to Huron windows in doors for just a little more money with a better quality and better warranty service. So I took his advice on it. little did I know that he would get the cheapest PVC door frame in a very cheap door that would always freeze up in the winter time. So I confronted him on that and he tried to tell me that this was still a better quality. At the end I found out there was no warranty on the door frame in door. So I Went in did some research on it and found out that they recommend a wooden door frame wrapped up in vinyl in a steel insulated door which is exactly what we had in the house to begin with.And that’s not like he did not know that.In the Van EE 200H that supposed to control the humidity in our house is constantly freezing up in the winter time always having problems with extremely high humidity in the house in have contacted him several times on that in even sent him Photos and videos in never did nothing for me. So finally I contacted the manufacturing companycompany of that unit found out that he never registered it. So therefore there was no warranty on the unit. In if he would’ve registered it they would have warrantied parts up to 4years on the unit.In also been having some serious problems with the central air.I will also add proof to this what I am talking aboutBy the way this problem started right from the beginning and I got all kind of excuses what i was doing wrong and finally the last excuse I got was that we add the exhaust fans to the bathrooms that’s why the unit was freezing up which we didn’t have before. So to prove the point I close-up the exhaust fan outlets for the bathrooms in not the outlet for Van EE 200H unit.And he came to taking out rags from the bathroom exhaust fan outlets in try to blame it on that. The unit still froze up.Eventually I installed a new Van EE 200H unit in that solved the problem.To prove the point I will add the pictures of our conversation to this.
