Felma has always been my go to stylist at this salon; I am always impressed with what she does with my hair and am absolutely very happy when I leave her chair. I’ve been going to her for 5 years now, and she is just amazing! She is very good with her colouring techniques and her cuts too. Also, she is just the most pleasant person I have ever met. As always, thank you Felma and you are the best!

My haircut looks like I did it myself…. Actually I have cut my hair myself and it’s sad to say that it looked better then…Went in for a good chop. Brought photo reference of what I was looking for. Nothing over the top. Shoulder length, layers, side part, long bangs.I specifically said that I do not like bobs or all one length. It’s not my style.She starts cutting away and cuts it bluntly. I mentioned layers. She told me layers will thin my hair and that the photo has “beveling” when it was very clear that my reference photo did have layering and I wanted layering as I’ve had layers in my hair for 15+ years. She did what she called beveling… my ends are all jagged and jacked up and there’s zero layers.I also had to ask twice for the bangs. They aren’t done well. They look like one of my preschoolers could have done them.At this point, she’s drying my hair with me turned away from the mirror. Asked if I want it curled. I say sure since I never curl my hair.Now I see why she curled my hair…. The back of my head is shorter than the front!! She gave me some sort of asymmetrical thing and hid it behind curls.Will never go back here. The girl couldn’t even follow a simple reference photo! She barely looked at it (even though we referenced it about 3 times) and carelessly did what she wanted to do.This along side the conversations we had, I am really questioning this girl’s credibility.

I am very picky and particular with my hair and I don’t trust anyone but these ladies with my hair. I’ve come to Clip for many years.The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Tara-Mia and Susy are extremely sweet and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. They will give you suggestions as to what would look good with your hair type. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Our 2yr-old had a great experience- Maira was incredible, very patient and helped our toddler enjoy the whole process!The receptionist was attentive and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience on my first ever hair colouring - a balayage . I read reviews about Felma and decided to give it a try with her. She was beyond my expectations and so accommodating . I showed her few pictures that kind of captured my heart with ombré style and she gave me the perfect look that suits my hair. I am super satisfied and would go back to Felma for sure. She knows the style and the perfect level of colour that can go with my hair colour. She even gave me free styling as I mentioned her I wanted to do curls on my otherwise straight hair. I am really happy about the outcome of my hair job . Thank you Felma and clips maple view for my wonderful hair.

Thank you to Brittany and Maira for the beautiful hair cuts for my daughter's today. They were spoiled rotten and left feeling like celebrities. Their hair is gorgeous and we will be back. Hugh quality and great price. Very easy online booking. Highly recommend.

Felma did my haircut and balayage and the result was amazing! I have been seeing Felma for years now and she is the most wonderful, sweet and talented hair stylist. I have very thick and difficult hair but Felma still manages to color it beautifully.

I was there for the first time. Yasmin cut my hair. Despite of all my nagging she was calm and tried to make my hair in the way that I want she did a great work. I really like her work and for sure she will be first selection. (I didn't try other hair dressers in that location). I started coming here several years ago after I had another salon mess up my hair. Since meeting Felma, I've never looked back. Felma is an excellent hair stylist, always perfecting my blonde colour and best of all her work is consistent. I am constantly being asked who does my hair, and now have most people I know going to her as well. She is the only person I would allow to touch my hair from now on. No damage and a full head of very blonde highlights every few weeks. I highly recommend. She's the hair queen!

Felma is a dream! I’ve been going to this salon for more than 5 years and while I really only colour my hair twice a year, she nails it every time. This is the best balayage I’ve had and I’ll never go anywhere else. It grows out flawlessly and is so low maintenance. Friendly staff and clean environment. The ooo’s and ahh’s you get from the Clip staff on your way out makes a girl’s day too. Try them! You won’t regret it.
