Windsor Plywood

I want to put a big thanks out to Mike and Candice and the rest of the crew. 2 days ago I was in the store and I dropped the $500 gas card. I came back today and they had it. This store has a lot of integrity. The product is a good price. The product is great and the service is amazing these guys are just so honest about everything. Jaret

The best shopping experience I have had in years, personalized service, and insanely helpful. Staff went above and beyond. To assure I had the correct material, and took the time to find a stain to match perfect (even used some spare material to test) highly recommended. Thank you! I’ll be back for all future needs.

Can't say I was impressed. Product in received was not correct. Took it back and again was about to be given wrong product. Finally ended up having to get display unit, that had some scratches on it. Store didn't want to credit anything, for all the headache or for the fact, was receiving used products. This wasn't the first time at this location either.

This was a worst experience of my shopping. I went there to buy Fence wood which was on sale as per their advertisement on Facebook market place. I was waiting for a guy who was helping some other customer. In the mean time another associate helped me to take to the yard to pick up the wood I was looking for. Another customer was already there and picked up the right one from the bundle. The rest was almost garbage. I was trying to find out something good out of those when the other guy came out and asked me to have as it is. His behavior was kind of weird because I never found this issue with the customer ahead of me. He seems to be more authoritative than a customer service representative. I would never recommend anyone to go there even they are selling something cheap. If they were having some kind of rule it should have been for everyone.

We went to Windsor Plywood as we wanted to replace our wood decking with composite. We gave Mike the specs for our existing deck and he provided a quote that was spot on for all the materials we required. A few boards were found to be damaged upon delivery but the driver went right back to the store and got us some good ones. A few small issues came up but the staff at Windsor were great at resolving them quickly! Excellent service! I will be back for any big jobs I need to do!

Great experience, ordered our door. The staff were great, they really helped us out. Got it as ordered, and on time. I have always had success dealing with them.

Can't say enough. Awesome products. Very helpful staff. They have what others don't which makes the 20 minute drive so worth it. Large showroom. Custom cut shop. Loads of quality plywood you can't find in the big box stores
