Very knowledgeable, friendly and somewhat bilingual staff. Always have what I need in stock. Love the new bath facilities, the ramp to get in the bath was hard for Luna but once we got her in it was great, there's a leash/collar you can attach your dog to so they can't try to jump out like Luna does, unfortunately for Luna she has a skin condition and has to wait 10 minutes after I shampoo her.
