This review is partially for Tim Horton's as a whole (American trying for the first time).Ice Capp - I saw online that there is a light ice capp? However, the server didn't seem to know what I was talking about so perhaps it's seasonal or only at certain locations or discontinued? Either way - I tried a regular ice capp. It's very sweet. Seems kind of like an icee in coffee form. A nice experience but I think too sweet for regular consumption - it's something like 400 calories even for the smallest version.Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich - an interesting idea to get the sweetness of the maple bacon and the savory-ness of the rest of the sandwich to come together with the egg and the biscuit. I think it's a solid breakfast option. Would recommend.Sausage Biscuit Sandwich - subpar to McDonald's. The biscuit isn't as flaky and is quite a bit more dense. The flavor of the sausage is also a bit overpowering and doesn't mesh well with the rest of the meal.Hashbrowns - A little on the greasy side.This location has an electric fireplace. It's very clean and has nice decorations related to the history of Tim Horton's. Service is nice, rather fast. Nothing to complain about. The food came out within a couple minutes and was great for being in a rush.

SLOWEST TIM HORTONS EVER!!!!! waited in drive thru 10 mins to order and more to get the order. Line didn't move at all. Their system isn't down, they're just slow!

I ordered delivery and they decided to give my driver two orders to deliver at the same time, except one was 15 minutes in the opposite direction of my house. In the end I got cold, soggy sandwiches and a warm melted iced capp. Not worth using their app for delivery. I tried calling their store for customer support and there was no answer twice. Really frustrating experience overall, would not recommend.

This is 3rd time I went this location as rushing to Work in the morning and need fresh pot coffee first in the morning. Disappointment again !! Even you order at driver through and tell them fresh pot coffee with milk and sugar. Sugar not is not mixed in !Promise you will not get it ! Bagel not double toasted and not even cut in half. No Hello at the window and rush to get payment only not asking is this your oder or do you have tim cards?After visit I regret a lot ! Please fix it !!

I recieved a backwards toasted bagel so the cheese on the outside was burnt, and then wads of butter on the untoasted inside. Revolting. How hard is it to toast a bagel!?! Clearly they take zero pride in what they do.

by far, the W O R S T Tim Horton I've been to. I live nearby and I still go to the different location just because this location is that bad.I have a bone to pick with almost every single late night staff member. But girl in the widow was using so inappropriate language and when I asked for her name she refused to tell me, saying that I can get out, so I took her picture. But I don't understand how someone of her manner and nature still works there. Does the owner and manager not care about the image that their employee reflects?It's not just once, not twice, not thrice but 5 times, I've had a horrible encounter with this girl. Bro, we get it, you hate your job, obviously. But at least give an ounce of respect and kindness to customers. They don’t deserve your attitude. Being from the food industry myself, I forgive a lot because I get it, working in the industry is not fun but why does this employee treat customers as if they have personally ruined her life. I'd rather not go over all my horrendous experiences with this employee but beware. If management and ownership have wllingly let this employee continue working the way she does, clearly it reflects on them.Side-note: Why do I wait 15 minutes in the line for a half made chicken burger and unmixed ice cup.

Clean and nice, but customer service didn't exist here.Asked which iced coffee is the lowest calorie wise, no one could give me an answer better than have a look yourself on the screen". And made me a coffee with two milks when I asked for just coffee with ice.How is it hard to be more customer inclined?"

Needed a coffee and breakfast before starting a 12 hour shift, there was no signs before getting into the drive-thru saying that debit machines are down. I got in the drive thru line and had to wait 15 minutes for nothing, just to leave because I didn’t have cash. At that point, I didn’t have time to go elsewhere to get food or coffee and now I’m stuck at work for 12 hours tired on an empty stomach. Thank you Tim Hortons next time I will just go to Wendys or McDonald’s. At the very least, put some signage out so you aren’t wasting peoples time. Customer service here is also extremely bad compared to any other location I’ve been to.

Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. At this one they don't listen to what you ask for and usually mess it up anyway. They never give napkins something I don't think you should ask for while going through a drive thru

Went in today to order for my entire family and while usually this is a nightmare and a hassle to go through ordering so much food, Baljeet made it a simple, easy, and efficient process. Everything looked and tasted amazing, all the drinks made exactly as ordered. My greatest thanks to Baljeet for this great experience and will definitely recommend coming in especially if Baljeet is working.
