I have had one of the worst experience in my life with this dealership. I still can't believe that how they could do that & damaged me $10k due to delay on delivery of car & didn't give me proper information about this situation. however I was there every single month. I never recommend them at all. I'll definitely transfer this experience to BMW Canada in order to inform them about this terrible experience.

This place doesn't even merit a star! They had our car since last Friday and never did a thing until today, which is the following Friday. On top of that the bill for nothing was $552!

Top-notch customer service and as someone in the sales field as well, it's greatly appreciated.I was an out-of-town buyer that pounced on a specific car I was looking for. From beginning to end, Tomer was a great help and went above and beyond to secure my business and close the transaction. I'll definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs a BMW. My Visit to BWM West Island was Poor. Walk in the service center and no one greets you? I wanted an oil change and to have a look at a brake sensor - message on dash indicating worn brakes. Sensor was defective and they did not have part. So no work was done on brakes, yet it took 2 hours to complete oil change.Then I had to follow up with service dept one week later to see when they would fix. I shouldn't have to chase after after them to order parts ( 3 weeks lead time!!) I have had superior customer service at plenty of other dealer (different makes). Makes me shake my head.

I had worst experience with Brandon one of official work here, I was visiting Montreal for work and Car’s two tires got completely damaged on highway along with the rims Got the car towed to them to change 2 tires. I was told that the car would be ready to pick up with new wheels in 24 hours and then they changed it to 48 hours and then they eventually wanted me to get after the weekend on next Monday(which was dropped off on Wednesday). However I had to get my car towed from OFFICIAL BMW DEALERSHIP N SERVICING to an outside service provider, get it fixed and got back home which was 500KM away.

Dropped of my car for maintenance first thing in the morning at 7:30am, got it back until end of the day and didn't even get a car wash after leaving my car there for 7 hours. Customer service are very hard to reach and never calls back. Even the reception doesn't pick up the phone most of the time.

I wrote a review of the service department 7 years ago. I had to go in for another key and for a recall change of my airbags in my old BMW . My experience this time was totally different. Service was just fine. No wasted. time. Good communication, easy to speak to a human/no answering machines, good use of texting. A much better experience than 7 years ago. Keep up the good work

I recently had my car serviced here and had an overall disappointing customer service experience.The parts I needed for my repair were on lengthy backorder so I opted for a rental car after being advised that the rental fee would be fully covered. However, when time came to return the rental and pick up my car the dealer surprisingly charged me with a $300 rental fee as a result of a miscommunication/mistake on their end. I complained and argued my case, explaining how I would have made alternate arrangements had I known of a rental fee in the first place. Unfortunately my protest was to no avail as in the end the best they could do for me was to reduce the fee by a meagre $20.The repair job itself was done well and the service technician was professional and nice - no complaints on that end. But ultimately I was left with a sour taste in my mouth after being stuck with a bill stemming from their mistake. One would expect management to make things right, acknowledge the mistake, and cover the relatively small fee to leave the customer with a positive impression, wanting to return for future business. Sadly this wasn’t the case.I will be avoiding these guys in the future and will be telling others to do the same. I recommend going to any of the other BMW dealers in the area with higher ratings. It’s not for nothing that this dealership has the lowest ratings of the bunch.
