The staff were very attentive and patient.The optician Gulam Khan is extremely knowledgeable.He explained the lens types and frames that would suit myprescription and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses.I highly recommend this location.

I've encountered some issues with my recent order. Firstly, a valid discount coupon wasn't honored during the purchase. Secondly, it's been three weeks without any confirmation, receipt, or updates on the order. Despite contacting the retail store, I haven't received assistance, and my calls to the actual store remain unanswered.If anyone from the store sees this, I would appreciate help in canceling the unprocessed order and obtaining a refund. Thank you.

Dr. Melissa Yuen is very nice, friendly and takes pride in doing her job. She totally cares about her patients. She is more than welcome to answer all your questions and concerns. Highly recommended and I can see why she is highly reviewed.When leaving, optician Kay K. was super nice in helping me select my pair of glasses. She gave me her input which glasses suits me and offered positive recommendations. There was no push compared to other retailers. Fantastic job.

I am a long-time customer of Clearly. Have purchased on-line and in-store. Just ordered two pair from store on Queen St. Was served by the manager, Peter K, who was very helpful and polite, and he found me the best in-store deal to apply to my purchase. Much less expensive than purchasing through my optometrist.

Last week I’ve experienced an exemplary customer service from Peter K which I find it’s rarely happening these days. He has just done everything perfectly from the greetings, recommendations, delivery of the company mission and his passion for his job. He followed through all the way with me from the time I walked in the store to the time I left. He was not pushy and not appearing to be sales focused but took time to explain how everything worked and left me space to decide what I wanted. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of glasses for myself and my daughter. The store is very appealing and organized. Lots of choices and cheerful staff. Thanks Peter for your help. You are truly a great asset to the company.

The offers are great but I'd not recommend them as the customer service is non existent. I purchased a couple of frames with lenses, but no one guided me through that, I wasn't aware that the frames have sizes and now I have scars on my face and have to purchase a new one.I went several times to try to fix it and even though they tried, the last thing that one of the girls told me was just consider for your next purchase that frames have sizes". Next purchase?! I was expecting to use these frames for at least 4 years!Besides that

A few weeks ago, my favourite CLEARLY sunglasses broke. I went to the CLEARLY Store on Queen St. in Toronto hoping they could be fixed.The store manager Peter told me that they couldn’t be repaired but he would try to get me a replacement. Within a few days I had a new pair of sunglasses delivered to my house.Best customer service.Thank you Peter.If you go to the CLEARLY Queen St. store, ask for Peter.

I had such a wonderful experience at Clearly. Got an exam done and bought a pair of glasses. Everyone from the receptionist, doctor to the sales person was so sweet and helpful.I am picky and take a long time picking out the right frames for me, but Peter was super patient and helpful, and made sure I knew all the available deals to make my decision making easier. I would recommend 120%!

I wouldn’t hesitate to book your eye test or purchase eyewear from here. From the receptionist, to the doctor and the staff on the store floor, everyone welcomed me with a friendly attitude and were very down to earth. Dr Yuen went above and beyond providing me with health tips specifically to help my eye type and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Peter who was working on the store floor gave me valuable demonstrations on the various lens types, even showing me with his own glasses, to aid in my decision for which lenses would be best for my frames. 4 pairs of glasses with varying lens types for less than $400 is incredible. The offers are great and the selection of frames, some branded and some designed in house, give you much more or a choice depending on your budget and style type. Would 100% recommend and the staff should be very proud of their store!

Picking out new glasses is never a fun experience for me. However Peter at the Clearly store in Toronto made it very relaxed and easy. There was no pressure, he never steered me to the designer frames just offered some great suggestions across all price ranges. In the end I got a great pair of glasses for much less than I have paid in the past. I strongly recommend clearly
