Mason Pools

We have been using Andy and his team for quite a few years and have ALWAYS been pleased with their service. They are so knowledgeable about their products specifically as well as pools and hot tubs in general. Having said that, if there is hiccup, they can translate the technical “jargon” so that a non technical individual such as myself can understand as well.We have NEVER had an issue with punctuality as they show up when they agreed to. Mason Pools opens and closes our hot tub and pool every year and they do a fantastic job. In fact, they just left a few moments ago and the hot tub water is crystal clear and the pool water looks the best it has in years after an opening.I would whole heartedly recommend this organization as they are honest, very competent, personable, punctual and trustworthy. I called 3 pool companies. Had a good feeling about Andy. Gave him the job. I was impressed with his customer service and his worker were great. Pool still looks great and I can always get a hold of him if I have any questions or minor problems. Always comes through. Very Happy and I would highly recommend

Andy and his brother installed a new pool liner and they did an amazing job. Very professional and hard workers. They know what they are doing and I would hire them to do any kind of work I needed done on my pool.

Spoke to Andy on the phone and was told to text him. Sent several texts and he just does not respond. Seems to be a common thing with Mason Pools after reading other reviews.

I had my pool closed with Mason Pools and was very happy with their services great job Andy.Highly recommended.

I'm really hoping to call me back, too. They met me on site , then I tried to call, then i called a friend of a friend, and they they gave me a quotes but I said go ahead they then I texted ...several times I'm a nice guy, they came with a recommendation? What should I do now.

Heard good things about Mason pools and I kept calling and leaving messages but unfortunately Andy never called back, this was so very disappointing as i wanted to go through with the quote he provided ,I first reached out in Sept/ Oct and got a quote and been trying to reach him ever since
