Most helpful staff I've ever met. Helped me fix and service my chainsaw in a jiffy.Great service!

I am disappointed and angry over the poor service, lies, and rudeness.I took my Stihl 180C chainsaw in for service in late September. The owner said it needed a tune up, a new chain, and possibly a new bar. I returned several times over the next nearly 4 months. Every time, he said he could not get parts from Stihl because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even today he said he had no idea when the chain and replacement bar would be available. What’s more, he was surly about it when I asked why he could give me a date. “Don’t go putting the COVID on me, buddy! I won’t take it!” I phoned another authorised Stihl dealer 20 minutes away. The chain and bar were readily available and the repair would take maybe 2 days. This is my first dealing with Watson’s (formerly Coldwater) Rental. As much as I want to support business in my community, I will certainly never do so with one that lies and is rude to customers.

These guys are the best around,I was up in coldwater doing some work at the public school and i got my boom lift stuck in the fresh gravel.well they stopped what they where doing and came down with a tracktor and a skid steer.well they couldent get me out and dident charge me,gave me a tow truck company name to call.the tow truck came down in 20 minutes and pulled me out,and popped a heater hose doing it.this guy was a classic operator and a really good guy.after all this i managed to get the lift stuck again but just two wheels where on the loose gravel so i went back to the rental store and buddy dropped what he was doing and sent the guy back down with the skid steer and he managed to pull me out...life saver.after all this i was expecting a fair bill for the time and gear but no once again they showed there true colours...street level saints.the bill was under $30.00 bucks,I could ent believe it.If this was down in toronto the bill would of been atleast a few hundred bucks.I tip my hat to Coldwater Rental.J.

Excellent prices,Good ownership that go out of there way to help you.Knowledgeable technician that knows the product inside and out(literally).I've purchased 2 machines from here so far and have nothing but good things to say.Thank you for the advice.

Excellent customer service! Liam answered ALL my questions and went out of his way to provide photos of the machine I was inquiring about, so that I could make an informed decision. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable Liam was. Highly recommended business.

This was such a great place to business with until it changed hands. The current owners hearts have never been in it. They only open 4 days a week with bankers hours. Ordering parts through them is a herculean task that just never seems to result in the right parts. We keep trying them hoping it will get better but it simply hasn't. A real shame.

These guys deserve a great review. Took my snowblower in this fall. Has been super reliable for 13yrs but needed 10-15 pulls to start suddenly last Feb. Based on my input Adam thought it was the carb however after further review he determined the problem was a cracked head gasket. Promised he could fix it and he did. Very fair prices and exactly as quoted. Started first pull today like it always has. Couldn’t be happier. Hard to find a good small engine mechanic, but we’ve got one in Coldwater :) Thanks Adam.

An emphatic 5/5 stars! I called this morning to get the price on a rental but couldn't pick it up today because I didn't have the car. Not only were the staff super friendly and explained my options, they offered to deliver and pick it up when I was finished the job. Upon delivery they walked me through the usage and didn't leave me until I was confident with the machine. Fantastic service, knowledge, and prices.

Not bad bought 2 pieces of commercial equipment long wait time just to look at your equipment. Not bad. I would buy another piece of equipment from them. long wait time to even look at your engine
