Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are quite adept at matching paint colors to sit your needs. Customer service is great too. I needed some paint to touch up the interior of my home, and when I brought in the labels from my paint contractor to reference the colors, they gave me the same pricing that my contractors got from the store.

I've been going here for years and the staff have consistently been excellent. Three times I had to do colour match with paint chips and they were spot on. Very professional staff who clearly take pride in their service.

Went in initially to look at wallpaper. Paul Schaub was very friendly and I ended up going back and getting my paint there as well. He answered all my questions and made some suggestions and was very helpful and encouraging as I felt a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Will continue to go back there for all my painting and wallpaper supplies.

Knowledgeable and attentive associates. Only downside, inventory was low due to current supply and demand (world shortages?).Really like the quality of paint and accessories and discount is appreciated.

Good customer service. Products have a tendency to be much more expensive than competitors. No retail discount to speak of and have purchased a lot of products.I come back especially for a couple of products I can't buy elsewhere

My original paint was General Paint which was bought out by Sherwin-Williams. So they tell me the colour can be duplicated but the problem lies in the fact that the base colour is grey when it should be white so the intensity of the colour will not be even close to what I want and the price discounted before tax is $53.00. Went to Home Depot and for same quality, Glidden, at $35.00 sent me home with a smile on my face.

Generally this store is good however they seem to be in short supply of some paints, especially exterior paints. If you want something dark or special you would be well advised to try elsewhere.
