Went in for the first time and I must say, I loved the atmosphere. The staffs were very friendly; and choosing a drink was very convenient. I opted in for a regular sized Matcha Bubble Tea with Tapioca and less ice. It tasted amazing; matcha itself is usually bitter, yet this tasted great and probably the best matcha bubble tea I have ever had. The best part was you have the option to customize your amount of sugar and ice. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Worst experience ever! I am a regular customer , but will not be back anymore.March 5 evening I ordered mobile order on the App. When I arrived, I told the lady I am picking up for “my name” order, then she told me no, she need order#. Ok, then I told her my order number. And she said no, she need to see my order! Ok, then I opened my phone, and showed her the order on my app. Then She said no, she need to see the text message on my phone. I told her sorry text message is on husband phone , he is in the car waiting, then she asked me to recite my husband phone# and whatever she looks like typing something. Finally it took me at least 5 minutes to get my order. But you know what is the funny thing ? The one who behind me to pick up her mobile order, she just gave her name, and took one second to get her order which is exactly what I provided at the beginning! Why the hell I need to go through all these to get my order?To Owner: please advise how the employee was trained, why not the standard process to pick up the mobile order? Your employee is clearly targeting me and this is not the way a customer should be treated.I have been ordering mobile order many times in different Coco locations, when pick up orders, some asked for the name, some asked for last digital order#, this is the first time someone asked way more than what should be provided, next time maybe I need to show you my credit card transaction? Ridiculous!

Good for the kids who love bubble tea. They are fast and have lots of ways to ‘starbuck’ style your drink with ice and sugar options. Look for their monthly specials, great value!

Coco has been one of my go to bubble tea spots. I explored the first one at bramalea city Center and I happened to be in Missisauga and decided to give this location a try & I do not regret it !The staff was so friendly from the minute we stepped into the store. The staff gave us so many recommendations and different drink combinations! We had the chance to meet Lisa, she was so sweet and accommodating, she gave us insights on the menu and why each drink would be great with different combos. We went with her recommendation on the taro milk tea with brown sugar tapioca and it was so good!This location is kept VERY clean and up to covid standards having only 6 customers in at a time. All staff were wearing masks and attended each customer very quickly.I highly recommend coming to this specific location!

I have been twice to Coco so far. Tiny cute spot in this plaza. I got passion fruit mango slush which was refreshing and cold. First time I got the brown sugar pearl milk tea was delicious as well. Staff is friendly and quick. Thank you

Coco is one of the better places to get bubble tea, they oftentimes have great deals. I got a large Passionfruit Mango slush with Lychee popping boba for only $5.20 which is cheaper than a lot of things on the menu! It was really good, although you should get 50% sugar because regular sugar is too sweet.

Drink reviews:* i'm a regular at this location - i don't buy everyday but often times when i come or get my drinks, i always get the same order* i suggest you try 80% or 50% sugar level - it's not too sweet and it's the right amount* most of their drinks are really good* i always get strawberry slush with coconut jelly (sometimes tapioca) and now with 50% sugar + normal ice* i just recently tried mango green tea with 50% sugar, regular ice and with coconut jelly - so refreshing for the summer and on a good day!UPDATE: i tried 0% sugar and it's better! The flavour of the drink is still there. I'm surprised it was delicious too, i would go for no sugar now in boba!Highly reccomend this place :)

We ordered three bubble teas, one of them large Red Bean Matcha Milk Tea HOT. When we went to back to our car, we realized that the Large Red Bean Matcha Mulk Tea is not Hot, not even warm. We ordered Hot, but we didn't get what we ordered. Really disappointed, we couldn't go back to change it, because we were already on our way home.Be careful when order your drink on this location.We usually ordered bubble tea at Coco the Erin Mill store, and never had any issue.

Coco has some decent bubble tea. Not my favourite but there isn't anything to complain about. This location seemed nice and the staff were friendly.I'm still on the search for the best bubble tea spot!!
