Amazing customer service at this location! The cashier initially made a mistake with the transaction using a coupon and over charged me. I was analyzing the receipt about to leave and then another worker stopped me and corrected the transaction and threw a few cookies in for free. above and beyond service, and very fast.

Always a good time when I go in, the food is fresh and staff is friendly. I go there probably twice a week, one employee named Robin is always working, he has great service and makes subs look like the ones in the ads! 5/5 recommend stopping by!

I got a 1 buck for a 6 inch coupon. So I take my workers there , and they place order get to the till to pay and the bill come to $23.00.the fine print that no one can see. Rip off.Good buy subway

Worst place that I ever have to go to. I love subway, but not when the customer service from a certain guy is horrible. He was nice at first, but ever since, he has been the worst. He is ignorant, and rude. I can not eat lettuce or spinach, so I get all other veggies. I order a bowl one day, and he goes to put lettuce in. I say no lettuce. Then he goes to put spinach in. I say no spinach. He gets rude, and says it is recommended. I say that I can not eat it. Then he rudely puts whatever other veggies that I ask for. If it wasn't for the nice ladies that work there, I wouldn't step foot in there.

The girls are so nice and friendly. They always customise my order the way I want without any rude expresses unlike other subways employees in kelowna. Jagmeet is the best.

All the workers at this location are friendly along with making the Best Subs.The quality of ingredients are always fresh and their is no skrimping on the ingredients.Great job.
