Belfor Collingwood
Last fall our basement got flooded due to a faulty sump pump.I contacted our insurance company to start a claim and they sent Belfor Collingwood in to fix all the damages,install new flooring,repair drywall ect.I remember my expectations being very low thinking what can go wrong -dealing with both an insurance company and contractor at the same time.Both companies ended up suprising me in a very postive way.Belfor sent profestional project managers(Pedro and Rob) and the crews started immediately on the dry out phase-then competed the drywalling and installed all new flooring.Everything was done on time and with great care.Dave the adjuster from Wawaensa Insurance was also very profestional and hassel free to deal with.I also want to mention our broker Darlene at Crewson Insurance who got the ball rolling for us.So a big thanks to all and keep up the good work.
