Staffs good the coworkers are very pleasant and if you work 26+hrs a week you get good benifits only 2 issues i have is they are not open very late as i would like and people over the phone can get ya down sometimes

Workers are disposable (corporate policy = give references to *no-one*, for liability reasons), many supervisors arbitrarily enforce rules (favouritism is substantial), while management is hugely uninspiring.There are much better places out there for people. Telephone survey research is dying for a reason (or several).

Terrible place to work. While management is okay, the supervisors are awful. They pick and choose who policies apply to based on who they are friends with. There is a lot of retaliation against employees who speak up for themselves. While the company is great if you need time off or need to change your availability, they treat their employees poorly.
