City Looks Salon, Spa & Wig Centre

I will spare you the long story....but I was told as a child that when an angel spreads its wings; they spread love and beauty...welcome to City Looks! A group of us had an unusual request to fulfill the wish of a young woman and her mother in a less that ideal situation. Our request was to help them on a day the salon was closed because we knew how difficult the request was....they denied us...BECAUSE they insisted they go help on the busiest day for the salon; as helping these two was so important to them! A salon/spa is where we go to recharge and center ourselves...well, there is a very good chance the team at City Looks will achieve and exceed your expectations. My heart will forever hold a spot for this team and their manager. Words can not express how their talents and hearts literally altered a moment in time.....thank you for reaffirming what I was taught as a child....Angels do have wings of strength.

The overall experience was okay.We felt slightly rushed to make decisions we were not ready to make.We definitely felt like the experience was commission based, and the service reflected that.In the end we were sold some products we did not ask for. And when I called to voice my issue about that once I noticed the overcharge, there was nothing said or offered as an apology for the miscommunication.Bottom line, City Looks is a good place to go to for when the time comes when you require a wig. They provide all services confidentially in private rooms which was greatly appreciated.**update**Almost immediately after review was posted. The company reached out to make things right. It’s unfortunate that it took a public review for this to happen. But grateful that they wanted to make things right and ensure that we have a good experience with them.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and immediately knew I needed City Looks. I spoke to Deb and from that phone call on I felt cared for and supported. Deb made finding a wig fun, and helped me feel like “myself”. Debs skills and knowledge are unmatched, and her advice and support were above and beyond a “service”. I felt like I was with a friend. It takes a special person to do her job and I’m so grateful she was part of my journey.

I always have great experiences with City looks by Visage. The staff and environment is always so welcoming and friendly. I see Marta H for all my skincare needs ( Hydrafacials ) ! And she always addresses my wants/needs and does a wonderful , gentle job. I love Marta and the whole experience everytime!I highly recommend City Looks By Visage for all you’re beauty needs ❤️ My go to place.

I recently had the luxurious experience of having a pedicure and and Comfort Zone customized facial with Nicole B. The new product line City Looks is using is very soothing and and produces wonderful results. Your skin feels velvety smooth after. Nicole has the art of spoiling her clients down to a T. From the moment she meets you at the front til you walk out the door you are her number one priority. Her pedicures are the best! I have been going to her for 10+ years for these. The new facial is lovely, from the calming essential oils, to the cooling orbs and relaxing massage that comes with each mask it is truly a sublime way to treat yourself. I highly recommend City Looks Spa and Nicole B if you want to de-stress and have some serious pampering.

Excellent services provided for people experiencing hair loss. A+++ customer service from both Cindy and Deb in the wig centre. My mom is undergoing chemo and came in to buy a wig. She is very indecisive and picky which didn’t faze them, they didn’t rush her and were very kind, caring and compassionate. They also have great products for the scalp to help with hair loss to exfoliate, hydrate and simulate new hair growth. Deb has a wealth of experience, providing great information and cutting the wig to suit my mom. I highly recommend City Looks Salon and Wig Centre as they have a ton of beautiful wigs, fantastic staff and many other great services. They made a difficult situation the best it could be and I’m thankful for the kindness they both showed us.

They now have a tattoo artist. Her name is Keri. She is very good at what she does . She does 3d breast nipple tats as well as scar revisions. She is a great artist as well. She has helped me tremendously. She also has other services.

I had an incredible experience with Nicole the Trichologist! I was referred to her by Injector Kristina from Visage. I had been experiencing a major amount of hair loss from some health issues and Nicole was wonderful with helping address on what i can do to help my hair! I loved the scalp detox and the scope to see my hair follicles in depth. I appreciate the amount of time Nicole spent with me, she is truly a gem! I loved the private room for the treatment as it is a very vulnerable experience to discuss hair loss! 4 months later, my hair is finally starting to get its density back and the baby hairs are flourishing! I cannot thank Nicole and City Looks By Visage enough!!!!

This place is amazing! I had my hair booked in with Johanna and she did a phenomenal job! She was so caring, and sweet. She made sure i was comfortable and explained the entire process of my hair step by step! will definitely always book with her:)

Hidden gem in the middle of an unassuming strip mall. Very large (maze like) spa with all the services you’d expect and more. Clean and lit for moody relaxation. I have medical issues with problem feet and the aesthetician was more than capable to tackle the job professionally and beautifully. Book with Nicole B and you will be well taken care of.
