Have always had the best services with Evan , last time I had a issue with my ceiling fan ended up just being a switch , they were very friendly and helpful walked me threw what to do ! Vanessa has always been amazing at her job and helping the tenants out , to make sure everyone is happy ! Always friendly when calling , and if there is ever a issue she’s always on top of it ! The team they have for maintenance is also very friendly and nice ! Have never had a issue with Evan

They lie to rent the property, they didn't say the building is going to be sold.They are ironic when answering emails, they want to visit your apartment all the time without permission.They said that until today there would be laundry, nothing, we don't know who owns the property.Noisy neighbors and they don't do anything about it.The neighbor installed an air conditioner in front of my window and they say it's my problem ????? We can't to sleep that thing makes a lot of noises.Nobody takes care about the building, no place for they delivery things , always need to go to Canada Post.Apartments at Main Street, Mount Forest, never rent it ! Look nice but is not a good idea.The building is dirty , no rules , people do wharever they want there.Anyway, don't do business with them.BAD COSTUMER SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE.

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience with leasing our business through E-Van management. The staff is super friendly & helpful. If there is any concerns or issues they are very quick to have someone pay attention to that matter asap. keep up the great work guys!- Ashley & Karly

Was wonderful to work with when Nathan was around, since then its been very challenging. Were doing our best to work with them, however its unfortunately evident its not possible to have a respectful working relationship with the person in charge now.

I have been using E -van management for the past 8 years on our rental property and they have done a fantastic job caring for our renters and their needs as far as maintenance is required. They also take care of collecting rent as well, making this so easy for myself! Thank you guys !

If you are a landlord, considering hiring E-Van Management as your property manager, I urge you to consider our experience. We hired E-Van to manage a property for us. When we had a vacancy in our unit, E-Van began to search for a new tenant. Our experience in that regard was poor. E-Van failed to adequately vet any of the applicants; repeatedly providing us with applicants that did not meet basic criteria. We saw multiple errors in the process that left us unsatisfied with the service. They were careless and not invested in the process. In fact, they urged and attempted to pressure us to accept a tenant with absolutely no credit or employment history because of the applicant’s personal connection with the owner of E-Van - which most certainly is a conflict of interest. As as result, we left the business as clients. This was all done respectfully. We provided our feedback and went our separate ways.Subsequently, we contacted E-Van to obtain copies of records related to invoices for rent received and expenses paid, for tax purposes. After numerous requests, they continue to withhold the invoices, claiming they have provided copies, when they have not. In order to try to resolve this, my husband contacted Eric, the owner of E-Van. In response to the request, Eric immediately expressed his displeasure that we left as clients, curtly suggested there is nothing they could do for us and hung up the phone in my husband’s face.E-Van is withholding financial documents because they are upset we are no longer clients. How unethical and unprofessional. How pathetic.If you need a property management company to manage your investment, consider another option.
