I have zero complaints. Friendly service. Generous and priced nicely. I had a soft serve cone with a flavour swirl and it was so good, so creamy, smooth. A must go!!I guess someone left 15 bucks to offer customers to put towards their order. I didn't accept, I'd rather allow someone else to enjoy the generosity. Hats off to the person who was so kind and thoughtful.

The girl that works in here is always in a terrible mood and seems so bothered to take your order. Was too lazy to switch out the flavour we wanted and gave an excuse. The ice cream wasn’t even good either I was sick of it after a few bites. Prices are out to lunch, tons of flies, literally nothing redeeming about this place at all.

Legit an amazing take on soft serve ice cream!! The service was amazing! I loved the enthusiasm and smile on the associate that served me. The price was very reasonable !! I will definitely be recommending this ice cream shop and enjoying it more myself!

Asked for a Reese’s pieces razzle. Got dust of Reese’s pieces, no actual pieces, it is also suppose to come with a sauce as it stated on their menu board. Lady did not ask what sauce we would like. Lady working appeared unhappy, I rather go to flavours downtown or McDonald’s for that matter.Last time I go there…

Little disappointing to find out they don’t have hot fudge OR peanuts for their sundaes. The edges of my wife brownie were rock hard from being over-nuked. There is nowhere to sit o side or out.I did love the creamy soft-serve though. Very flavourful and portions were generous

This was our favorite place with the old owners, they put effort into every item they made, I just went with the new owners and was incredibly disappointed with what we got. They were out of half the items, they put half the amount of toppings as they old owners, didn't have any lids for the razzle and our ice cream was way to soft. In the future I will just go to McDonalds for a McFleury!

Been coming here for a few years now. Great service, and the owners are really friendly. Tons of different options including hard and soft ice cream, slush and so on. And when our son made a huge mess of himself, we were able to “hose him off” in the washroom (it’s in back so we had to ask). Prices are very reasonable.Chapman’s hard ice cream!!!

Used to be one of the best places in town. Reasonable prices and great portion sizes. Now it is very expensive and sizes have gotten smaller.
