Inner City Home of Sudbury

Such a great place. First off the house is old and gorgeous with some decent furniture to sit on while waiting which is nice. All the volunteers I spoke with were so friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately I've run into tough times a few times over the years and have had to access the food bank. I have nothing but good things to say about the Inner City home of Sudbury and the staff in the 2-3 times I've interacted with them when I've needed assistance.Everyone is different I get but personally for me I was embarrassed having to seek assistance of the food bank but all the staff there understands life happens and will try to give advice as well as food. It's a very positive atmosphere I've found and I felt better about the situation(s) I found myself in.

Well when you need help this a great place to become a better person. Professional and such good courtesy.

Glare ice all around building. Worker gave us salt bc we got stuck in driveway then came out right away and told us we were using too much. LolNo room for parking in back, lot was full and glare iceWebsite says open at 10am but when you go there they will only help with fb services at 1pm. Not explained on website

Great service amoungst great people. Takes the retained stress off when you can walk into a place while in poverty that provides food provisions while cater snacks and coffee. Never been turned away, well replace food displaced, even offers a few support roles including anger management. Is a really great community hub for though s who need the support.

Without having me Services a lot of people would be without food season's greetings and thanks for the many organizations that are helping during covid thank you Inner City

Inner city home is a food bank for the people of the downtown area.Open Monday through Friday afternoons.

I was so mad and left with help. The staff made me feel like I was robbing the system. I'm on ODSP AND HAD S BAD MONTH WITH extra Bill's and was told well this would be a one time thing only because I make to much money. I do not get housing. Between rent and utilities I'm left with very little. This is the first time since on ODSP in 4 years that I asked for help. The way I was talked to made me feel like I was well off and was taking food away from people that needed it more. That is awfulness and I know look st this place as very discrediting to people already down and out. Does not help my mental health.

amazing people work here, and very comforting environment. it's an amazing foodbank. :) the gods smile on these volunteers.

Wonderful friendly staff, extremely helpful & I hope will be helpful for years to come.
