Nice depth of selection so you have plenty of products to choose from when deciding on an item.The sales rep Nick checked the shoe my daughter was purchasing and noticed that box contained different sizes. He quickly sorted that out. Great attention to detail... Great service...

Lots of selection but the staff weren’t too helpful, went in with my boyfriend and took them 20 minutes to even ask if we needed help. Assistant manager cashed us out and she wasn’t too friendly. They do have lots of different shoes and styles with a good selection of sizes though.

They advertised the price as $24.99 but then said they were $40 even after showing them the picture they refused to acknowledge their mistake and wouldn't change the price.

I been looking work shoes for a while specially for standing. One off the staff helped me untill I find what’s comfortable and has support and finally I choose those Skechers the most comfortable shoes I ever had !!! And thank you for the staff Assistance Manager for his help I really appreciate it!

Absolutely terrible.. I have shopped here for years and never had an issue.. until I had to deal with Nicolas… he was ignorant, very unhelpful and wanted nothing to do with actually helping me find what I was looking for.. then rumour has is that this is how he treats customers because his father works for the company and it apparently goes unnoticed.. this kid needs to learn customer service, some manners and respect..

Awful customer service. Was trying to buy a pair of shoes at last minute before closing the store and a rep just asked me impolitely to leave the store because they were closing. There are more ways to handle those situations. Very rude. First and last time coming to this place.

The staff there is really friendly and the store was clean/well stocked. I ended up finding a super cute pair of Maddens after trying out at least 9 other shoe stores. They had lots of good deals and the clearance section was good 'pickings'

I would not even give one star. A blond lady at cashier because we asked for new pair of shoes because the one on display was damaged. She started rolling her eyes and she was very very very disrespectful to us. I would never hire such person with such manners if my life as we left mad without purchasing a never coming back to this store ever again. Maybe you should team your staff some manners and customers service.

Went in yesterday, my wife bought shoes and the young lady at the cash was nothing short of a b( can’t post the word here) rude, slow and and just an unpleasant human being. I think we interrupted her texting to cash out, so our bad. She had no concept how to use a gift card, seemed annoyed at us when we tried to pay with one and finally announced to her coworker “ I guess I don’t know what one doing”. The coworker helped and we were finally on our way.Based on its location, the company could care less about one poor review, but the reality is that customer service is a lost art, and women like her just don’t care.

Called in to ask about their current stock. Not only did the employee immediately have a bad attitude, they did not help me with my question. I asked about a specific shoe if they had any at that location, and was told that “they can’t do personal shopping for every customer” despite my only question being about the stock of one of their items that is on their website. Awful customer service. I’m sure it’s busy during this time of year, but to be that rude to a customer is not justified as what I was asking was not unreasonable. Train ur employees better to cope with busy times. Give them breaks if they are so overwhelmed they can’t do their job properly. As a customer this one interaction deters me from ever shopping with them again.
