I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. The majority of the staff ignored me. The older staff member who actually helped me was great. You might want to hold off until they open the new addition. I am sure they will have a grand opening sale.

Want good advice and great products? Check out their website, click on the product and see where it's available. This is a SUPER store in many ways. From parts to build your own devices, to batteries, TV's. Monitors and some small electronics for your home like microwave ovens. They also have a repair department and they are CANADIAN. I highly recommend this store. update March 2023 they are expanding again and congrats to everyone. The parking lot has been expanded and paved.

Kennedy road store expansion is open, very nice. Great place for laptops and chassis computers, monitors, keyboards, nice, etc... lots more. Everything you'd need to build your own PC from basic to blazing game systems.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would, but here, I have to give them at least 1 star.... Oh, what a useless company to deal with. Absolutely useless.Been calling them weekly for almost 2 months straight trying to get any sort of response on the issue with my laptop I sent in for repair that came back missing its actual SSD drive and having an empty enclosure in its place instead, and every week it's the same story - Oh

Visited this location to help my bro build his new PC. Most of the guys there were good, but one of the floor staff was dissing some of the products we had previously selected in favor of more expensive products. Overall service was good but the pressure was weird especially considering I know what I'm doing and made it clear.

They've finally finished all the construction and now they've got the use of the entire space! Huge gorgeous store! I go here for all my PC stuff, prices just as good as Amazon without the wait!

Canada’s Computer told us our motherboard was defective and they packed it up, got us a new motherboard but they forgot to take out the ssd so once we return motherboard and we weren’t aware that they left the ssd inside the defective motherboard. So basically they forgot to takeout our ssd. So basically they’re blaming us for their mistake

Walked in and my father asked if there was anyone to assist us since there were no prices on any of the laptops.Associate said he would help and 20 seconds into helping us, he got a call and said “one second” and walked away LOLwe walked right out and that concludes our visit here. Apparently personal phone calls are more important than the customer in front of you!
