The short Indian guy first said he would charge me 50 - 125 dollars for changing break pads. When picking up, they charged me $550 ! They said the rest is for diagnostic test and labor! Can you believe that? They are absolutely dishonest and cunning! They first give you a lower price and then charge you a lot. That short Indian guy really is the king of liars and crooks! I opened a file in the court to sue them. I will keep you posted about the court division.

These guys were great. Had my vehicle in twice for two different issues and delivered a faster finish than anticipated. Quality work!

Trusted auto repair with true old fashion service.I brought my fathers collector car in for some suspension work. Andrew, Mike and the team there took the job with the absolute care and attention. They went through the car from one end to the other ensuring it was perfect and safe. Dads car hasn’t run this good since the 60’s. Finding a shop in Victoria that you can trust with your vehicle and know they are honest and fair is rare, so I’m very thankful for the amazing team at Speedy Auto.

I brought my vehicle in to have it looked at for one of my break pads making a rough sound witch i was suspicious of it may of had a rock wedged in however I did not have the tools to deal with it being a student away from home so these crooks decided to take advantage and quote me 1000$ and try tell me that my whole break system on that one tire was old and destroyed (when in fact I had my entire break system on every tire of the car replaced and brand new just 7 months prior for under 400$ ) Then the same day I picked up my car and took it to a personal mechanic who had it fixed in under an hour (for free) informing me that it was in fact highway gravel wedged into my breaks and he was suspicious if speedy even took off my tires. Buyer beware, do not go here for any automotive services

I bought a car at Victoria Hyundai with Speedy Auto Service vehicle multipoint inspection papers. There is a check box grid with ok" "suggested" and "required" every item was checked off with "ok".The Wipers was checked as "ok"That very day I picked up the car from the dealer to drive home I tried to use the wiper blades and it was so bad and hard I think they never even been changed once in the 8 years the car had been in service. it was streaking so bad I had to use the window washer fluid to clean it because I think the windshield was dirty (but they just detailed the car because it was a "new" car I picked up form the dealer.) it was even WORST. I was better off not wiping the blades and driving with the water on the window as I could see better!!! I was driving in the rain with no wipers. It was the worst experience.My guess is they just check "ok" on every box because this is a dealer paid invoice to sell used cars and they probably get kick backs for sending all the used cars the for inspection there.BUYER BEWARE. The inspections are probably falsified and just "ok" for everything to make the car seem more attractive.Technician notes were blank and failed to realize the wheel center cap is missing when I inspected the car myself at the dealer. What kind of inspection is this when everything is just missed. Horrible Service."

We were traveling from the interior to Victoria for a long weekend visit and mid trip realized that we had brake issues. I called while on the road and they were able to fit us in next day. Suffice to say that the rest of our drive was anxious but we made it. My husband took the car in, we were provided with a very timely update and review of work needed and then they were done a couple of hours later.We are very grateful for the flexibility to accommodate us on I'm sure a very busy day. And their professional handling was a wonderful, much appreciated bonus! Would and will recommend Speedy to anyone anytime. Thank you.

They did my brakes, pads rotors and calipers.Within 6 months a caliper was leaking going down the highway.I went in for them to inspect and then repair for free, but they told me there was no problem.I went to parkside (I recommend them) who confirmed the issue.I went back with the confirmation of the issue and now they agree and repair.At the 13 month mark my other caliper starts leaking. I go in, and they'll do the repair but I'll have to pay labor because it's more than a year.I don't even trust them to do the work. I could have and should have done it all myself initially, I'm paying for my laziness still.This is all on top of their general untrustworthiness.I would expect that if you went in to a mechanic for an issue and what you thought was wrong was not actually wrong, then they would tell you and not do the work and charge you for it. Speedy are not a good mechanic like that. They'll happily take your money. They changed my steering pump at my request when the issue was actually the shaft bearing being rusty.

I was charged an additional $150 in labor to install 2 cambers bolts while my car was getting an alignment. The task should've taken any competent mechanic only minutes to do in the process of the alignment being done.
