Went there yesterday for the first time with an MTG card list of 4 cards. I was greeted by someone that seemed to have given up hope on life. I think if he could of he would of asked me to leave so he could nap. He told me I should've ordered online before coming to the store and it seemed to bother him that he had to make an effort to move his mouth to talk to me. Still despite the desperation in his face which reflected on his whole body composure, my man took the time to get the MTG cards I was looking for (about 60$ worth). So basically I'd say go there if you're desperate and sad just as how I described this experience, otherwise there are way better TCG stores near by that are better worth it...

Service is tedious and clerks are prone to guilt trip the customer for basic services. oh you want to buy a card ? Though luck, the card you saw that was stocked is too much of a hindrance for the clerk to get for you. Not talking about a deck list but a simple card. Not even talking about payment yet. Store credit or Debit, they will find a way to mess your payment somehow. I would give an example but the absurdity of the situation would make it seem as made up. Finally emptied my store credit and be done with the store. Would give 0/5 feels like a scam.

Very friendly and well informed. Had to make a return of a book my son ended up not wanting and this was processed with no hesitation. I super appreciate it. Would come back for any gaming needs.

This is a hidden gem for MTG players, they've been selling Commons lots that are fun to play for years, so all Pauper players...they also have old bundle boxes and I mean Theros old. I scored a pair of each Amonkhet & Hour of D dice counters. Old school sweet.Of course they hold events and sell all kinds of board games. Really friendly staff.They're website is well maintained and they can order other games or models/miniatures; I've done it.While the other location is better known in Verdun, I actually prefer this one.

Do not buy singles from here, grading standards are not good. Cards are in MP to HP condition but they call it LP. They did offer to refund(thus the 2 star instead of 1), but by now the card is sold out everywhere and I cannot replace it. I rather just pay the MP/HP price for it but they don't allow that, literally every LGS or online store I bought from are reasonable enough to adjust price if conditions are off. Stick with facetofacegames, 401games, or so many other online stores/lgs in the area that have much better customer service.

My buddy and I walked in after card shop hopping the entire island, ready to spend and the 3 employees seemed to have been bothered.A minimum of $10 for singles? Yes, you need to purchase more than $10 worth of singles. That's literally a rule.Had you given us the time of day, we would have spent a lot more. Absolute joke of customer service.

Pretty good selection of tabletop games. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and was able to browse the store at my pace. Friendly staff. From what I’ve seen, prices are comparable to other local stores. Will definitely come back.Edit: For Magic cards, they have the best selection and prices in the area (I live in Laval).

Not the best customer service out there but the selection and price are good. Really depends which employee you get some are friendly others are not.
