Came in to browse as I might be replacing my car soon. Fred took the time to really make sure I understood the value and features of each vehicle I viewed. Made me feel confident to come back and want to buy from him when the time comes.

I believe, entire car servicing business runs on TRUST but, below incident has put a question mark on their trustworthyness and reliability.I was there for mounting of summer tire and changing of trunk arms. After service (after 1 hour), when I went back to pick up my car, tire were replaced which is fine but when I looked at the trunk arms there were still old, dusted and malfunctioning. When I informed them that trunk arms are still malfunctioning and they are dusted. Did you really change them ? They said YES, they changed it and they are dusted because parts were kept in store room for long time. When I escalate this to dealer that it doesn't look like trunk arms are replaced and they are still malfunctioning. Then they agreed that they did not change the trunk arms as they did not have the right parts available. They can order new trunk arms and will give me another appointment for replacing the same.They clearly lied to me which is an unethical practice. I would rather consider to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

For an outstanding and professional service ask for Catherine. She helped us narrow down a vehicle that suited our family needs and budget. I would only ever expect such a service from the highest end dealerships. Looking forward to sharing a coffee with her at my next service !

Be aware that once the car is sold, there’s no accommodation and services.Purchased a brand new $60K kia 3 months ago, already some issues with the car, kia Vaudreuil not offering any loaner while the car is in repair shop with warranty and i have been told if i need a car i have to rent it and pay from my pocket!It’ll be the first and last kia for me from this dealer.I’m very disappointed.

I recently purchased a new Telluride and my experience there was a 5 (gold) star all the way! I appreciated the warm welcome, the clean showroom and offices, the honesty of the staff involved in the presentation and sale of the vehicle. All of them were very courteous. When I arrived to have a first look at the car I wanted, I had a flat tire. One of the office people (as it was after hours) literally jumped out to help me change the tire! Speak of willingness to serve the customer! It says it all. At no point in the process did I feel pushed and they went out of their way to make the experience a total pleasure. The cherry on the cake is their efficiency with the paperwork and ease of communication. A breath of fresh air in sales! And then, driving away in a total dream car makes the dream turning into reality nothing less but perfect!

Another bad experience at the service center. Scammers. Paid the inspection report. Then charge me an arm and to change a bunch of filters and couldn't fix the main problem on a kia 2011. They are not trust worthy. Just want the buck... so cheap
