To render the caliber of service provided by this dealer as “garbage” would be a genuine understatement. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in an environment conducive to offering a level of customer service that conforms to the highest caliber of mediocrity, look no further than to come here. However, prior to arriving, be sure to call, as you’ll only be wasting your time at the front door of the entrance attempting to grab the attention of one of the two sales associates that are “in-store” otherwise. Would not recommend.

He was able to provide detailed information about the different products, including the materials used and any special features.He was also able to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to suit my needs and preferences. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and made suggestions that were spot on.Jobert was also incredibly friendly and approachable. He made me feel comfortable and at ease while shopping, and was a pleasure to interact with. If you're looking for a ring, go to Birks Yorkdale and ask for Jobert.

This past birthday my spouse surprised me with the most beautiful emerald cut emerald. The ring of my dreams. Unfortunately it did not fit. Also sadly my husband saved the ring for months after buying to surprise me on my birthday. I was very worried that they would not return the ring for sizing. No fear! Jobert took the ring back no problem and returned it to the manufacturer for sizing. When they discovered sizing would harm the integrity of the ring they instantly ordered me a brand new one in my size.I could not be happier. It is stunning and perfect.

We had a great experience at Birks. My husband needed his wedding band resized. When we went to pick it up there was a mixup but it was handled so well we didn’t mind one bit. Jobert was very pleasant and while we were waiting he came to check on us regularly and we were given refreshments. Great customer service!

Was at this location looking for a watch.Jobert took care of us. He was very friendly and low-pressure and took good care of us. Made us feel welcome and answered all our questions.The watch we were looking at is in low inventory everywhere, and they only had 1 in stock elsewhere in the country. After confirming that we were serious, he made a call immediately and reserved the watch for us.Delivery was smooth, and easy.Would definitely return!

I purchased a pair of snowflake earrings for my wife from Jobert at Yorkdale. By far the best service I have ever received from a sales person. And this was done all over the phone. He was very patient, responsive and polite. He even gave us a complimentary jewelry box which was 100% unexpected. I will reach out directly to him when we decide to purchase another piece. Looking for a perfect gift for anniversary, stop by Birks. I higher recommend my sales Celine who provides professional customer service with warm detailed attitude. Even though I am not familiar with jewelry and products in birks. She asked my purpose for jewelry and chose the best option for me with patient and professional knowledge. She is always patient when I was selecting and comparing between these jewelries and she never rushed me to pay for them.
