Great experience! I was concerned about the cost of different things but the staff and my hygienist let me know different costs through out my cleaning. I had zero pain or discomfort before or after the cleaning. Very impressed

The staff are friendly and personable and I don't feel like I'm being upsold on unnecessary procedures/appointments/fluff. When I had a dental emergency they were able to get me in fairly quickly and get a temporary solution done so as to not terribly inconvenience their other patients. (I felt guilty about this because as a professional in another field I believe wholeheartedly in keeping to a schedule and try not to cause inconvenience to those who already had set appointments.) They then booked my follow-up and procedure within quick succession and didn't make me wait in pain for an unreasonable amount of time. While I still have a bit of a crippling fear of dentists and dentistry, Drs Aulakh and Song make what is an unpleasant and stressful appointment a lot less unpleasant and stressful. I've recommended Dr Aulakh's practice to family and coworkers and not because I felt pressured to but rather because of the positive experiences I've had at her practice.

We’re new in town & my 3 year old had a very loose front tooth that we’d just noticed. He’d never been to a dentist before. They worked us in that day and were all so patient and kind and made his first dentist visit / dental emergency into a good experience for him & all of us! So happy we went there!! We found a new family dentist!

Such a wonderful team who’s friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. I just love both dentists and the hygienists I’ve had so far - thorough, caring and patient. They always take the time to answer my questions and helped me problem solve some retainer problems gracefully. I strongly recommend them!

First visit and it went well. They are now my new Dental office. They were prepared, very friendly and thorough.

Had two fillings a few days apart never had so much pain after a dentist visit, then charged me for another vist tho fix the problem she created by not fitting my partial after filling a tooth. not happy about being charged for a visit to fix a problem she created
