My children and I went paint-balling yesterday and we had the best experience ever! The exercise was intense yet manageable. The owner Heath was wonderful and we loved the way he managed everything with the group of 60 people. He was professional, kind and motivating.It was a hot day, he gave us all free water and the unexpected prizes that we received made us feel like that we got WAY more than we paid for. I will definitely go back again with my children, friends and cousins.One thing that I will recommend is to bring gloves is desired as they are not provided with the equipment.

First time paint bowling with a group of 11 to 14-year-olds. Was a great experience, a lot of fun, even for the youngest kids. The paint works out fairly expensive over 3 hours!

Genuinely impressed by this place, the guys working there were very nice and it was well organized though oddly done. The one gripe that I do have is the absent mentioning of a few key rules, as someone who plays paintball I’m familiar with the dangers and risks of playing and the “surrender” rule is a good one to have. Our marshal was very nice and super chill but he didn’t put much emphasis on people having their masks on, a lot of people kept taking them off when they thought it was safe. This place is great and definitely geared more to a new and younger audience. Still a really god experience.

I had a great experience when I was there, the manager, Dylan, was very friendly and explained everything well and clearly. However, the reason why my review is one star is because the booking office is horrible. When my group and I were booking to go we were first told one price and they didn't clear up all the hidden charges that are needed to further continue your booking. I encountered a salesperson at the mall and they told my group that all we needed to pay was $90 and then $15 once we were at the place in order to get paintballs. Once we called the booking office to continue the booking they charge us $160 that was never mentioned before. The booking office doesn't clear up all the charges that are there and out of nowhere they ask for more money. Later on, we found out the booking office is a third party that knows little to no information about how the process works at the site. The booking office is very disappointing and unclear, the staff however, is extremely nice and made the experience great. For future reference, if people want to book, call the range directly as it should be more clear and no information is hidden during the booking process.

For starters - it WAS fun, for the seemingly few minutes that we got to play. This place seems to be run by a gaggle of teenage boys who have no idea what’s going on. I don’t want to blame the staff - it seems like poor training and they don’t have enough people to do the job they’re asked to do. We started ~2 hours later than we were supposed to despite being early. We didn’t even get to wear the onesies because they were all dirty as they didn’t have time to clean them, not to mention all of the gear REEKS. The teams are way too big for the maps. Lastly and most importantly, when booking at one of those stands in Billings Bridge, there was no mention that we‘d need to spend more money on paint so they shaped it out to seek that we were getting an AMAZING deal at “just $100 per person!!”. They recommended we get 1,000 paintballs PER PERSON. We got half the recommended amount and spent over $600. Such a waste of money, so absolutely disappointed. Wish we could get a refund.EDIT: Per their response below, I have emailed them… three times now. They don’t care!

First lady that I spoke with was very rude. She hung up on me twice on different days. I am glad I called again and spoke with Peter. He was very nice and professional the first time I spoke with him. He addressed all of my concerns about the lady I spoke with before him. He made sure that my voice will be heard and my concern will be brought to the right department. I could say that Peter was very knowledgeable as he answered all my questions and he explained everything that I need. I am doing this feedback because he deserves a recognition. Thank you Peter for your help and for the very smooth transaction. Salute!

worst place to play paintball. We wasted our 5 hours playing for just 45 minutes. If you don’t want to waste your holiday for nothing, please never go to this place. According to game rules, we can’t shoot people within 3 metres of each other, but one guy was shooting me, and the marshal guy, who has long hair and short height, was not stopping that guy, and because of that, I got an injury on my arm.

Would not recommend. The booking ppl said 1:30-4:30 and that 500 balls each was more than enough when I inquired about additional ammo. We determined then that the guest list of 11 could come within our budget for our pre-teens bday.We stood around for an hour. They then put 40 ppl, including adults, in a small warm up area for 10 mins. Half our guests were out of paintballs after that ten minutes.Paid another $250 for more balls.Stood around another 50 minutes. They sent 20 of us to play a 20 minute capture the flag while the adults went to the other map.Another hour of standing around- three of us had to leave at 4:30 to work- which is when it was supposed to be done. They played one more 20 minute set which, three of us missed. They were finished an hour and ten minutes past when it was supposed to be done.The Marshalls are all young guys who do not call any close shots causing many unnecessary bruises.I would not recommend it to anyone. Terribly run and the booking company is not aligned with the guys running it. Good characters but need to tighten up their processes.

Went there last summer. Amazing experience. Heath (manager) and his crew were very friendly and gave us clear instructions on what to do. We were a big group and he took good care of us. Even upgraded our guns. Will fo there again this year
