I recently purchased an 2006 is250 off of Suren and I want to thank him for guiding me through my first vehicle purchase! Service was amazing and he went above and beyond to get me a car that suited my needs! Will recommend Level Up to all my friends and family

Biggest crooks out there if I could give a 0 I would. I bought a Mercedes at this location and got an ownership with my name on it after a few months I moved so I went to get my address changed on my ownership and to my disbelief the car was back registered to this company level up and I had to go back to them and got it rectified. After a few months when it was my birthday again I went up the ministry to get my license renewed and again the car was changed back to Level up as owners. I’m not sure how this is possible but it really happened to me. Stay clear if these crooks.

If you insist on buying a car from this business, do yourself a favour and bring a code reader and hook it up to scan for problems. We had the worst car purchase ever here. Numerous problems starting 20 minutes after I took possession of the vehicle when the engine light came on. A year of hell followed. Don’t think you’re protected by OMVIC - they are toothless. The safety certificate is garbage. Not necessarily Level Up’s fault as they outsource it but clearly corners are cut. The owner would only buy back the car if he could deduct the cost of necessary repairs (for problems the car had from day one) from the buy back amount. Think about that! Buyer beware.

I am not impressed with how my friend has been scammed here! He bought a car that shouldn't have passed safety, with a check engine light on that they cleared before he drove it away, also his coolant system was frozen because they put straight water into his rad. If I sold anyone this car I'd be very ashamed of myself! I personally will never buy a car here after what happened to my good friend.Sincerely, disappointed.

When my son and his wife, expecting their first child, sought out to find a more reliable family car, Beker at Level Up Motors was a godsend. He gave us a ‘better than fair’ value for our trade-in, even knowing it was ‘on its last legs’.
