While the on site employees are helpful and professional, they don’t represent the experience of the organization, which is poorly managed. There is often no one at the desk as promised due to staffing, they have to rotate between sites. I’ve been over billed on my monthly rent and months later I continue to wait for a credit. I’ve been overcharged on my annual rent deposit to my credit card, and I’m still waiting over a year for a refund on the overcharge. The pop-up office / co-working sector has grown massively in recent years and Regus should be completely avoided. I’ve had to terminate my lease early and move my business to another location, which has been seamless thanks to my new landlord. Like many global organizations, Regus completely lacks the human touch. I would adamantly encourage prospective clients to choose another Co-Working or Private Office supplier.

Professional atmosphere, the centre has had some staffing changes but Michelle who is currently working there has been great to work and deal with.

COST TO YOUR BUSINESS. FOR THREE (3) YEARS I HAVE BEEN ASKING THEM TO FIX THEIR ERROR, EVEN TOLD THEM I DO NOT WISH TO POST A BAD REVIEW. They will also DESTROY YOUR CREDIT as they will only pretend to fix your mistake and pass on the payment information to collections. They will ask you to email this person, ask for help on the account, call this person, they will not help you. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE

When the pandemic hit and my staff started working from home I made the decision to give up my physical office space for my marketing firm. It made no sense to pay for the physical space when it was being used for the odd meeting and an address for our mail. (This office was not a Regus office) I was referred to Regus through a business contact that uses their services. I decided to get a virtual office through them. I would pay a couple hundred dollars a month and they they would accept my mail for me, answer my phones and I was able to book an office or meeting space when needed. It seemed perfect for what I was looking for. Here is where things get frustrating. Yes they accept my mail BUT I have to pay extra for them to contact me and tell me I have mail.(Understandably I would be charged even more if I want them to forward me my mail) Yes they would answer my phone BUT if I wanted to keep the same phone number I have had for years (which is the same platform Regus uses) I would have to pay extra. Or I could get a number they assign and they own my phone number. Yes I can book office and meeting space BUT if you want anything after 3:00 it's a nightmare because the reception staff are not there after 3. They are always switching between the Kitchener and Waterloo office because they are understaffed and nobody is at the desk for the Kitchener office after 3:00. (Most businesses are open until 5 so who would be answering my phones after 3?) When you try to book for anything after 3 the app will try to charge you for the booking (even though you already pay a monthly fee for this) so you call in the office to book it and you are asked if you could change your meeting time with your clients to accommodate Regus' hours. I could understand this if I was looking to book an appointment for 7:00 at night but certainly not 3:00. There is also no reduction in fees if you opt to answer your own phones. I will also add the ladies are pleasant to deal with most of the time. Definently would not recommend at all, yes the monthly fee is less than a physical office space but it is definetly not worth the money I am paying.
