Simply put if you're consider getting work done from Sai Railing & Awning look elsewhere. Save yourself hours of heartache, frustration and disappointment. The principle of this company lacks integrity and has made over 50 appointments (no, I'm not exaggerating) to come back and finish a job which was paid for and he has failed to honour his commitment each and every time. He lacks consideration, pride in work, respect for his brand has inconvenienced and caused financial loss through a break in to our building. For context, I believe this is the first negative review I've written in 30 years so this does not come easily. Obviously, I feel it's necessary to save others from the frustration, disappointment and false promises of this firm. If I could turn back time obviously we would us Sai Railing again, even at the lowest price out there, its not worth it. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere you will be much happier!

Neighbor had a rolling gate installed by Sandeep while I had 4 swing out gates installed. After 6 years the roll out gate is still smooth and my swing out gates are not sagging and binding like a few other houses I've been to. His pricing is reasonable and his quality and durability of his work is excellent

This company is the absolutely worst business. They do an extremely poor job and don’t come back to fix their mistakes. The workmanship is very very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work. Stay away.
