Healthy Planet - Pickering

I had bad experiences with this this store.I am a senior, and I am intile for seniors discount which I used to have before under the previous management.But now they are cheating you, when you tell them that I am senior and I am intile to the discount, they will treat you as fool by saying that you got the discount, will end up with items you purchased + H taxes only.I strongly advise the citizens not to deal with this location till this manger (Sufian) is no more in charge of this store.

I've been shopping at this location for many years and they are the BEST. They have a wide selection and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Management / owner so clueless, he has no knowledge of what products he carries.

One of the medium sized stores I have visited, but they had everything I needed! Love the franchise, they seem to care lots of people’s health. They have many vegan options and sustainable products. I would recommend at least a visit here.They have coconut keifer! I have not seen anywhere else. Great alternative to dairy one. Best wishes.

Amazing Customer Service!!! I visited the Pickering Healthy Planet earlier this week for supplements and pre-workout, wanting to try one of their new products I asked for an employees opinion. She was very knowledgeable, informed, and had an answer for every question I had. Needless to say she made my customer experience worth this review, Thank you again Michelle!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE EMPLOYEE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, AS WAS THE MANAGER" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE "SKILLS" & THEY KNOW ZERO ABOUT THE PRODUCTS SOLD IN THERE. NOT EVEN THE BARE MINIMUM!!"

The staff is very rude and presumptuous they act entitled as though you've come into their space instead of a place of business

Being new to the health supplement market I was overwhelmed by the selection. Dimitry was incredibly helpful and insightful when offering supportive suggestions on how best to get started with the products I purchased. His knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive energy made the visit one I look forward to repeating.

Rude staff. Had a bad experience. They should hire professionals instead of teenagers making minimum wage. The store is fine, its the people who work there.

Unfortunately i didn't get her name, but i was served by someone tonight (12/2/2022 around 7:40pm). I was blown away with her. She had such a strong command of the subject matter. IT IS INCREDIBLY RARE for someone to be able to change my mind at the last minute one I've decided on something. She managed to pull that off, because she gave such an impressive response to all my questions and gave sound logic behind them. Not only that, but she tailored her responses very well to my specific case and explained her nuances (based on my case). I told her i really hope she starts a youtube channel or a blog soon because she definitely understands health and wellness to impressive depths. Looking forward to learning more from her!
