I have ordered several times from Flour Confections. I have always gotten my products quickly and the customer service is fantastic!!I love that they use fed ex for shipping. I havent yet lost a package.The range of products is amazing and im really happy everytime my order arrives. Im certainly a satisfied customer and will keep ordering. I highly recommend.

I ordered some products from Flour Confections several times and Last time I missed my 10kg of dark chocolate because the delivery man put it in a wrong adress. I called Flour Confections and contacted customer service. They replied me very fast and sent new product for me right after that. Amazing customer service and they have good products with good price. I would keep order from this store for my business. Thank you.

My Husband drove far to get my pick up order. I realized prior I accidentally ordered one cutter I already had so called the store where they told me I could exchange it in store at pick up. When my husband arrived he wasn’t allowed to exchange it for another and was told to go online to request a return. Horrible customer service after I spent nearly $150 on cutters here. I won’t be back and will tell others to avoid. Way to burn a customer over $2.49 item exchange.

I have ordered from here a couple of times. The shipping cost if you don't make it to the minimum for free shipping is very reasonable. And they ship super quick. (I don't live too far away but it's quick) Their prices are fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This will always be my go to for baking supplies. Thank you for being such a great company.

My name is Tara, I own Urban Cakes Studio of Design in Chilliwack, BC. I would like to say my experience with Flour Confections has been truly amazing. I had received a box of destroyed bakery boxes and cupcake inserts (due to the shipping company). Upon phoning, was advised to send pictures of the damages. The response back from Jeffery was incredibly friendly and understanding, and the issue was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Flour Confections for all your baking needs.
